Updated Review I’m going to update my previously posted review regarding my solar install. Although the install was less than spectacular and damages occurred to the property (as I previously stated), Adam (owner) did make it a point to come to my house on a Saturday and get a grasp of the situation himself. He was apologetic and agreed to remedy all issues. I have to say the communication between us has increased greatly. Unfortunately due to the issues we had I cannot give them a five star rating but i will increase my rating of them for the effort that was made to make sure all issues were resolved. It also helps that my solar system seems to be producing very well thus far.

Adam made sure to clear up any misunderstandings we had. We were able to make things work out. I am thankful he was involved.

I couldn't be happier with the job that Empire Solar did. From the beginning with Mike Kusmann's initial visit and follow ups to the pricing to the speed the job started and when it was completed, the thoroughness to do everything we asked. Adam, Marc and Matt were also key in making sure everything was perfect. They are all fantastic and I am glad we went with them. Other companies cost more and gave less while these guys gave us superior panels and are also able to do the roof! We got everything in one stop and it made it so much easier from our side to keep up with. We already are seeing massive savings in our Con Ed bill and are loving keeping our money in our pockets...ha! I would tell anyone considering solar to move forward with it and go with Empire Solar, you'll sleep better knowing they have everything under control and you won't ever have to worry about a thing. Thank you again to the entire team!

We love our solar panels. Marc Zurla & team are very knowledgeable and professional. We have seen a significant reduction in our electric bill. Best investment we have have made.

Install was swift and efficient. Staff was friendly and tailored to my schedule. Marc and Adam were especially attentive to my questions and concerns, This is a smaller company but their personal touch is what really won me over. Highly recommended.

Well Adam and Mark Started out as nice guys, but now that the system is up, that is a different story. The Permit for the job was never closed. Never inspected and the install was a horror show. Try to get them on the phone? Not happening. There are ground wires that were cut that connect the railings when putting a larger tilt to the back panels. And never reconnecting them. I think that if it gets hit by lighting, it is going to blow the panels and my roof off. Trouble with the inverts also. I recommended them to other people and I am sorry I did. Warning, steer clear of this company. Once they got your money, they are gone..... I have put a complaint against them with the Rockland County Dept. of weights & Measures office of consumer protection. 845-364-3901 Here is the number if you need the too.
