He was instrumental in presenting various options to maximize my solar energy collection and benefit from the Net Metering policies of Duke Energy. He also prepped a successful HOA appeal for me to allow for a front-facing solar installation which saved me a lot of money and also helped maximize my energy production. The entire team, from Sal, Roy Electric, SK, Chris, and David truly valued me as a customer and were very transparent about the entire process and I felt very well supported by their team. No other solar vendor had this much attention to customer service and satisfaction in this area and all at a very reasonable price! We recently installed solar on our home through 8MSolar. I was always interested in solar, but didn't seriously pursue it since the NC utility rates are low until one of their competitors knocked on my door. I decided to listen and learn about how it worked. The price was high and decided to seriously research other companies and that is when I found 8M.
