Best solar company in NC

8M Solar was the best company for solar I found after researching 4 highly rated ones in Raleigh NC. I found they were the most knowledgeable, most accommodating and best price for value..I even saved $2000 with them because they matched another competitors price. The panels went up in one day, permits and all went through easily and now we are saving on electricity even with our 2 electric vehicles. They respond very quickly to all my inquiries and I felt they were honest about all issues.

Great hassle-free experience!

I've been on the fence about solar panels for a long time -- saving the planet is always nice, but I was worried about the cost and hassle. Then I got a quote from a different solar company and realized that it was actually going to save me money right from the beginning. I researched several companies before going with 8m and I have absolutely no regrets. They offered the absolute best price for the level of service, didn't try to push me into anything, and even handled my HOA issues when they tried to deny my application for solar panels. My experience with 8m was incredibly hassle-free, and I'm already saving money every month. Definitely recommend!

Professional and fast

Solar always seems like a headache to figure out. 8M Solar got my setup installed fast and easy. They helped me submit my HOA application. Installation itself was not long after approval and was done in a day. Instructions were clear. Scheduling permits and inspections were quick and on point. Lucky for me, my solar system was enabled within 3 days of installation as town of apex inspection/approval was also timely. I cannot recommend working with 8M Solar enough. Brett from sales and Gavin from installation were super helpful and easy to work with.

Professional and knowledgeable

8M took the time to work through my specific needs and made sure that I ended up with a system that balanced cost, performance and efficiency. They were always quick to answer questions throughout the process. Their full-service approach meant they handled virtually everything from dealing with my HOA to getting PTO from my utility. Their installation team was professional and everything was installed in one day. I highly recommend them.
