EZ Energy Solution

My solar system was installed and operational in January of 2022. All was fine till rain started towards end of 2022 and continue till June 2023. My ceiling showed bubbles which indicated roof leaks under the solar panels area. I keep calling EZ Energy solution in Sherman Oaks talked few times to guy named John there and he promised he would check with the owner and send someone to check it out and it never happened as of now. Left messages several times and never got response. I am still calling no one picks up the phone. I also sent the pictures of my ceiling and roof tiles where they inserted stands for solar panels. I am not a happy customer. What happened to the pride quality and workmanship of company. Cant believe the company like this is permitted to operate, cheat, and lie to customers, using government funds to do that.

Date of install: for solar panels: 5/3/23. - One panel doesn't work - They have not finished roofing. There is a leak in the roof where roofing was done. They left tiles stacked dangerously on the house. - EZ Energy hasn't installed 2 batteries that were already paid for. They would not install the batteries because they didn't submit an official application to SCE with information on batteries purchased. Dates I have emailed, called or text without response: 7/20, 7/26, 7/31, 8/2, 8/8, 8/9, 8/14, 8/17, 8/18. Still waiting on a response for them to resolve.

These guys did an awesome job in a very short amount of time. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. I have already recommended them to several others. Definitely recommend this company for your solar panels installation.

What a great experience! Our estimator was extremely knowledge about solar and explained everything in detail to my husband and I. He made everything so easy for us. The instillation crew was very knowledgeable and professional, they showed up on time and worked hard for 3 days installing our solar . I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to my family and friends

I had a few quotes for a solar panel installation, one of which was EZ Energy Solution. They came to my house and evaluated the best location for my panels and gave me different options for batteries, panel brand and inverter. I had lots of questions and the sales guy was very knowledgeable about the process and advantages/disadvantage. The installation was done on the agreed date and am more than pleased with the panels. Definitely recommend this company!

Wow! They were very professional from the first contact to the finish of the installation. I have never seen an estimate so thorough, but very basic language. During the installation they understood we run a business (Restaurant) and were very respectful.
