Solar Alternatives representatives were professional and effective throughout our project of adding a Tesla solar battery to our solar panels that were already in place. We are now, essentially, off the grid, because our excess solar power is stored in the battery and used by us whenever the sun is down. The battery also provides power during power outages which will come in handy during hurricanes and squalls. All of the Solar Alternatives servicemen who were involved in the installation were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them!

I had my solar system with back up Tesla Powerwall installed at the end of last year. The sales process was easy, and they worked with my cash flow and financing needs to fine tune a payment option. There were some slightly cheaper quotes, but didn’t have the same level of expertise and customizations available, and quotes were vague in terms of equipment and warranties. Very happy to have my home running on sunshine with back up power. I’ve had a couple questions and small fixes required, mostly because I have a densely packed side of house and needed conduit re-run and Solar Alternatives was responsive to finding a solution! They came out immediately to fix!

The team at Solar Alternatives helped us with our remodel project which included working with another company on a joint install. They did a fantastic job taking the lead on the project to make sure the work was done on time and correctly installed. Their products are very high quality and overall we are extremely happy with the service. Great folks to work with!

Just received our February bill and happily were Net Positive for the month (we sold more KWH to Entergy than we used and have a credit to use in later months.)
