WattSun Solar Energy

Ashton told me during his presentation that Wattsun Solar is a family business. It is a selfish business, and after I listen to those for some reason maybe they get paid or they are family not customers, I made the biggest mistake of my life letting them come into my family and borrow close to $47,567 from my bank to put 32 panels on my house. Before Wattsun my FPL bill was $265-270, but now with their cheap panels I have to pay FPL $158.93-181 AND pay to their bank $232 monthly. For all of you who doesn’t have panels or undecided about it, whatever your bill is, I encourage you, do not let Wattsun come to your home. “Ashton” from Wattsun promises that my bill $232 + FPL will charge me $30 for equipment monthly. It’s not true, it’s an arrangement to steal from poor people like me.

June of last year (2022) I decided to look into solar. After looking into many companies. I decided to go with WATTSUN Solar. Mike who was our Solar Advisor made the process smooth and simple. They use good quality panels made by Q-Cell and was willing to price match their competitors. Already seeing the savings and happy I made the choice to go Solar.

Cayden was very knowledgeable and nice, Jorge and the other installers were very happy and friendly. Miscommunication from company is the only issue had changed our plans and did not let us know. However we came to a resolution handled by owner himself

We love Wattsun! After being in our home for a few years and seeing our electric bill creep up each month, we decided to go solar. Making the decision to go Solar was initially based on financial savings but then I needed to educate myself on the technology, inverters and PV panels. How long will they last, what is the efficiency, and what is the guaranteed efficiency over time? What makes one solar company better than another, what is the quality of their products and services? There are plenty of companies to choose from so why Wattsun Solar? First I was not looking for a high pressure sales pitch or pressure to make a fast sale. I needed an education before I was going to make such a major investment. Cayden O'Brien was very responsive to my call and was able to meet with me the next day. He was very knowledgeable, on the technology, the incentive programs both state and federal, and really did a nice job educating me on the process and the benefits of a solar installation, No high pressure tactics just straight answers. He took the time to educate me on the differences in inverters and also the different panels available on the market. Based on our discussions he delivered a detailed proposal that was tailored to my needs including pricing and incentives. The process was well documented and included financing so we could track from permitting thru installation and inspection. Cayden was very responsive throughout this process and proactive in keeping us updated through the phases. I am looking forward to having reduced electrical bills. I decided to install after a few discussions with Larry. I was convinced it was the right thing to do especially if you have so much sunlight in Florida and you are keen on protecting the environment. The system has performed well and the production forecast was on point over the one year period.
