Sunergy will not respond to issues related to my system. They do not answer their phone. When called their mailbox is usually always full and when you can leave a message, they never call back. My system is not producing as promised. My power bill is still ten times higher than what the panels are producing. Now they're telling others I have no warrantee. After 4 electricians and them conferring with, I'm assuming others from Sunergy they still couldn't figure it out. My system is not producing correct, they won't answer or return calls, and have voiced I have no warrantee. All I want is the system to be checked and fixed and activate my warrantee. Around October of 2022 is when they completed my solar, but it has not worked properly since.

I was on my roof more times to check the sloppy work of the Sunergy install in the month they were here than in the 20 years I had previously lived here. Solar panels were mounted misaligned. Several panels loosened up due to wind and were rattling around within 6 months. They almost blew off the roof! Since Sunergy Construction went out of business in the San Francisco Bay Area, I had to call other solar installers for an inspection. The panel wiring junction box was just hanging there. Not even attached to the racking. Fire danger. Utterly incompetent. DO NOT USE SUNERGY.

Sunergy was great to work with. I had a new main electrical panel installed along with a small solar system. Fast communication and all work done on schedule. Everyone I worked with from sales to installers were pleasant and knowledgeable.

My sister used Sunergy for A/C and solar last year and she was happy with their service. Once she showed me her electric bill and the solar loan payment I was sold. Sunergy just installed 32 Qcells Duo panels with Enphase Microinverters on my house in February. So far everything is working fine. No leaks when it rained which is something I was really worried about because I have a tile roof. We’re really happy with the service. We already passed their number along to a few friends wanting to do solar too.

Solar was a big investment for us. We took our time and looked at 8 or 9 different companies before choosing Sunergy. Most of the companies just gave up after a week of us not signing but the rep from Sunergy kept following up. He was persistent but not pushy and we liked that. Super responsive when we had questions. We felt confident that once the project was underway we would receive the same service and we did. Our system has been up for 7 months now and we’re totally satisfied with the decision we made.

I contracted Sunergy to install Panasonic solar with optimizers and upgrade my electrical box. They replaced the electrical box first and had the city inspector come by to approve before they could close up the stucco and install the solar. The inspector said it was some of the best work he’d ever seen! The solar system was installed a few days later and looks great! Everything lined up nice. They ran the electrical through the attic and installed the inverter in the garage. These guys know what they’re doing!
