I worked with Stephen when I was considering Solar installation. He is very knowledgeable, and we were able to build a system that met my needs while sitting at my kitchen table. Once I made the decision to go with the installation, the 3rd ROC team took care of all paperwork for NYSERDA, permitting, RG&E, etc. Within 6 weeks they were ready to do the installation. The installation team, including Jason Novak, showed up right on time. They were very professional and kept everything clean. The installation was better than I hoped for, and it was completed in less that 2 days. Again, they ensured all the proper paperwork was filed with RG&E and the town. Within 2 weeks after installation, I had the new electric meter installed, and everything has been working great so far.

The salesman was extremely easy to talk with and very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all of my questions and I had a lot. From the minute the install team arrived I knew I was in good hands, they were professional, courteous and very hard workers with attention to detail, they gave me a clear outline of the work they were doing and what they needed from me which was nothing.
