We had a personal visit from a Southern Coker Energy Consultant today. I am happy to say that they issued a refund to us with their sincerest apologies. I was glad to hear that they have new employees, are striving to improve, and would still like to assist us with our solar needs. My husband and I are discussing that possibility.
We have been trying to have our existing solar array expanded since Nov. 2020. It has been the worst experience. (We thought SoCo would be different than the first company to install solar power at our home. Unfortunately, that has not been the case, even with SoCo bringing in a new COO. They have dropped the ball so many times. We've signed two contracts for the solar package, they were no closer to putting it in when our loan expired! Now I can't get in touch with anyone either by phone or E-mail. To add insult to injury, in good faith we wired them a $2,000 down payment on April 1st.
If I ever hear from them I will update this review.
