Initial communication was okay. The install went smoothly and they, installers, were professional and kept the site clean. Overall not a terrible company to work with, initially. However, they seem to have dropped the ball on communication after everything was installed. Trying to get responses through email is next to impossible. I get the impression that once the installation is done they do not follow-up with customers. Unfortunately, I would be unable to recommend them in good conscious knowing how they fail to even acknowledge receiving emails and lack of follow through on return communication. Three months after installation and they still have not acknowledged my issue.

Ty Rozner was very helpful in answering all my questions I had regarding solar power. He was very well mannered and very professional. I would recommend anyone looking at solar options to get in touch with Ty Rozner.
