So Far So Good

We have just signed a contract with Icon to have them be our Solar Company but the panels have not yet been installed. Our sales rep , Matt C, is extremely professional and very skilled at what he does. We chose Icon Solar because they gave us the highest energy offset (85%) of the 4 companies I requested bids from. This is nothing against the other companies out there - they are good too. Looking forward to getting the installation done and then I will update my review.

To the owner of Icon

First I would like to tell you about my experience with my Energy Consultant Austin Elkins. Austin explained how "I Con" could help are family lower the cost of are electricity bill. Of course my wife and where Immediately interested in what he had to say. His first question was how do you like Duke Energy? We don't like Duke Energy of course. Will to make a long story short we will pay Duke energy almost nothing. As the weeks and mounths and even years go alone I will keep everyone updated on how are new adventure in solar power is coming along. I am looking forward to telling everyone how are experience with "I Con" can help change how we use the new electricity going forward. I want to thank Austin for his insight and his profossionalism also when he seals any deal we took a picture in front of my "Man Cave" I almost forgot we will get a $12,000 tax credit awesome!!! Wish I had done it earlier

The team at Icon Solar were great. They took care of every detail and explained everything. They even set the city electric inspector straight about the regs. Our 1st 2 electric bills from Duke Energy were a big fat goose egg plus we still have 2 weeks electric "in the bank" for later. Looking forward to more of those bills.
