They will show up at your home and tell you what you want to hear and then tell you will get a rebate, the rebate is only if you owe taxes. I am out $75000, and I am only getting 9% usage with my solar panels, non investment! They will not return my calls and when I do talk with someone they are very rude and not understanding and told me to talk with GoodLeap and GoodLeap cannot do anything! This is a scam please trust me!!!

We rebuilt our home and decided to include solar panels (33 of them). Texas Solar Outfitters was super helpful in helping me understand our options and the benefits of each. Our electricity bill has been cut in half due to solar panels and improved insulation. We are actually putting electricity back into the grid.

I had seven panels put in and less than six months into having the system turned on, two of the panels had become inoperational. I have tried and tried to call and email them for six months until I finally got in touch with a live person in late July of this year. She was going to look into the situation but nothing has happened since. So here I am with 5 of 7 panels working while two just burn holes in my wallet since I paid over $14,000 to help the environment and save a little change. I will updated, but for time being, beware of doing business with them because once they have your money, you don't exist.

Installed an 11.315 kw system in July, 2019. It's already produced 7 megawatts and tracking with power output as promised. Used LG panels and SolarEdge inverter and optimizers. Great system that should provide all of my electrical needs and eliminate my electric bill. I like it so much, I'm adding three more panels to fill up my roof. For the original system, I received 5 other quotes besides TSO. Competitor prices were higher and the sales process with the competitors wasn't good. TSO and Jordan were low pressure, best price and patient in answering my questions. I'm happy I used TSO and recommend them to anyone interested in solar.

Had a 5 KW system consisting of LG solar panels and SolarEdge inverter installed in Oct 2019. Texas Solar Outfitters was very good to work with. Of 4 proposals obtained through SolarSage, TSO provided the best proposed configuration and price. The sales person and technical people were very responsive to my many questions, including when I wanted to add: another panel, a higher capacity inverter, and electric vehicle (EV) charge capability. System is working great. We currently use approximate 6,000 KWH per year, and based on performance for the first two months, I will have power available to cover much of the charging of an EV if I get one. The system monitoring via an ethernet link provides very comprehensive information on system and individual solar panel performance, from time of day to yearly.

My experience with Texas Solar Outfitters was positive from project start to finish. Marshall and Amanda made the process effortless from design to switching to a local net metering provider. As a new person exploring solar, Marshall patiently answered all my questions on options. No hard sell tactics, just clear answers and great financial feedback. I was extremely pleased with the openness of the entire team to answer questions posed along the way. TSO is a company that puts customer service first and definitely one that I will recommend to others.
