We loved working with Solshine. Their communication, planning, and customer service was top notch. They made sure that our solar PV system met our needs and helped facilitate the process with AEP and a third party SREC company. We are getting ready to also add an EV charger system, working with Solshine.

I received a valid analysis of my costs and possible returns so that I could understand my "investment" and make an appropriate purchase decision. I also liked the fact that the panels were not coming from China. They were truthful in their scheduling when the work was to be done but my wait was longer than I wanted. Installation was clean and completed in two days. Their product includes an app whereby I can follow my energy usage and allows me to check the status of my panels. Checking the status, I discovered an inoperable panel which turned out to be a connection issue. SolShine fixed it the next day. They also follow up with an annual system checkup. Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife and I are so pleased that we chose to have Solshine energy install the solar panels on our home roof here in Roanoke city. Rick Brown and his excellent crew from SolShine Energy have been incredibly responsive, efficient, and professional. They have exceeded our expectations in every way, and I was so pleased that I also recommended them to our neighbors, who also installed panels on their home and have been pleased as well. Rick Brown did an impeccable job of not just installing the tiles, but also explaining the process in a way that we could understand. We knew exactly what we were getting. In addition, when one of the panels came loose months later, Rick was there that week to fix the issue without a problem.
