Responsive & Communicative!

Charlie and his team which includes Melissa helping with logistics and scheduling inspectors like Rich and the installers have done an amazing job. There was hardly any issues and if it came up, it was addressed and communicated immediately. No issues with city plan approvals, no issues with city inspections and no issues with SCE approving with the permission to operate. I procrastinated the NEM 2.0 deadline but they handled it all with ease. Nothing felt rushed or haphazard. Thanks Charlie and Solar 360!

Very heplful!

I was having problems with my system and Charlie was very helpful getting my system checked out. He came out and had my back so when the factory technician came out they didn't try to cheat me. Very knowledgable and professional. If I end up replacing my system it'll be with 360 Solar

Solar 360 stands behind their workmanship

We purchased our house a year after the solar was installed and our first seasons of rains, we had several roof leaks and all under the solar panels. After conversation with Frank, the owner, they came out to the house to assess what was going on. Even though our warranty wasn’t transferable, Frank worked with us to repair the roof. We appreciate Solar 360 standing behind their product even though they were not obligated. Their roofing and solar installer crew were great, maintained a very clean work site and were really efficient and friendly. Thank you!!!

Excellent, quick service

I didn’t realize there would be so many options and choices when I started looking into solar. Solar 360 broke down all of the options, helped me make a decision, and had my solar installed so quick that the process was painless. They even helped with the financing. If I buy another house, I’ll definitely use this company.
