Zero Communication before and during the install...bad attitude...installed an undersized system

First I would not use these guys I did and I am unhappy to say the least. They do not communicate before and during the install and when you bring it to their attention they say you are lucky to have them working at all and give you lots of bad attitude. They will just show up at you house and do work outside without even saying they were coming or ringing the bell to explain why they were here. I saw Wolfe Kopp outside one day working on my system so I went out and said hey just ring the bell when your done I will be inside. He did something then just hopped in his truck and left I worked primarily with Josh Kopp he is young and entitled and gave me the attitude that I was lucky to be his customer and should just let them work and not ask any questions. In the end my system is now undersized and was quite expensive. I really regret going with Kopp Electric. Don't make the mistake I did.
