PlugPV

It has been a very good experience working with Rich Riepma-Hosier from Plug-PV. I was understandably hesitant about investing so much so there was a lot of back and forth with the company. Rich was very patient and not at all pushy, insisting that I had to be totally comfortable with the process before they would proceed. The install was painless (!) and Rich has been available throughout, answering questions and making sure all the necessary paperwork has been submitted.

I had an amazing experience with PlugPV and my sales Rep, Gabby Giacone. She is the best and explained everything to me extremely well and answered all my questions. She always checked in with me and responded to my emails/texts in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

PlugPV has been a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. The salesman, Anthony, really knows his job. He worked with us to create a system that would fit our needs given it was a home we had just purchased, so we didn’t have any electric bill/usage history to learn from. Communication has been solid, and I’ve always gotten quick responses from Anthony via phone, text and email. He worked seamlessly with our roofing contractor to ensure the timing would work out and things would go to plan. I had full confidence that the install would go well given how responsive the company had been beforehand. And so it did! They arrived when they said they would, and were friendly and efficient. They explained everything to me so I could understand, and made sure I knew that there were always people around to answer further questions. I watched their app with them as all of my panels came online. It was so exciting! They patched the holes that they needed to drill for the wiring, and all wiring is neatly contained in metal tubes. I should be getting access to the app soon so I can monitor my own system. They explained that they also monitor all of their systems for potential issues, and stay on top of things. I have no doubt that we will be in good hands with PlugPV going forward! I highly recommend contacting them if you’re considering solar. They know their stuff and helped me handle all of the financing ins and outs and paperwork. They obtained all required permits. They have made the process easy, and so far, I’m really glad we chose to work with them!

My solar experience with Plug PV has been exemplary. My sales rep was Andres, he was very knowledgeable, professional and accessible throughout my entire solar experience and remains available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I had my panels installed on my home for about year now and couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only am I saving money on my energy bills; but I also feel good about reducing my carbon footprint. We have had our system up and running now for about a year. I wish I had done this when our friend first mentioned switching. Anthony Marino was our sales rep. He made this process very easy. Anthony was and still is readily available to answer our questions. We love our system. I haven't had to pay for electric since our system was installed last year. I would highly recommend this company.
