PlugPV

I recently went solar with Paul Bandriwsky and Plug PV and I’m really glad I did! I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket and I locked in my electric rate for less than I was paying before with my energy company. He took his time and explained everything clearly. It’s been turned on for 4 months now. It’s saving us money and it’s better for the environment. I highly recommend Paul and Plug PV!

Once I made the decision to go solar, I chose PlugPV because of the price they gave in addition to previous customers reviews, which were mostly positive. The first person I dealt with was Brett Thomas. Brett was really a great resource for advice through each step of the process. He was able to make recommendations about ideas I had for the size of the system being installed, which were more panels than the original estimate in favor for the new hot tub we had just purchased. He listened to my reasoning for wanting a larger system and acknowledged that. I had many questions, especially in the beginning stages and Bret had all the answers. He was incredibly responsive, answering his cell and getting back to me promptly. The next person I spoke with was the project manager Ben Rogers. Ben answered all of my questions, as well, and was also very responsive. He made it all happen with paperwork and coordinating the timeline. He was the person that I communicated with the most and was very pleasant each time. He gave me a projected timeline in the beginning, and I can tell you they (PlugPV) were SPOT ON... The installation crew was on-time and very friendly. They explained everything they were going to do, executed the install, all in one day. All-in-all, everyone I dealt with at PlugPV was professional and friendly and I did not feel like anyone was trying to rush anything. I would defiantly recommend and go with PlugPV for my solar needs again.

Working on a solution

My EnergySage advisor talked me through the different considerations of going solar and solicited two solid proposals which they helped me to evaluate. The PlugPV people in the office were great at answering all my questions about their proposal explaining how the system was going to work, and were responsive in managing the different phases of the project. The whole crew doing the installation was very pleasant and professional. Three weeks into having my system generating power (564 kWh's so far!) I am quite satisfied with my decision to have PlugPV take me into solar era.

From start to finish the entire process was smooth and easy. They took care of everything and communicated the process very well as it unfolded. Cam was awesome answering questions at all hours of the day and night. Wendy did a fantastic job of coordinating everyone to make it all happen quickly! I would highly recommend these guys!
