Great Sky worked with me the whole way through the process. I was always informed, and never felt pressured in way. They answered the phone, and always got back to me when they said they would. We contracted with Great Sky in late 2020 for 2x 20-Panel ground-mount arrays: 40 panels total. Consistently over the last 5 years, Great Sky has COMPLETELY delivered! Our system design called for a maximum 14.4 MWh of solar powered electricity. To date, just over 5 years from our turn-on date, Great Sky's design team, engineers, installers, and fantastic front office personnel have provided us with 73.9 MWh of generated electricity. This company went above and beyond. I am so impressed with their integrity. There was a problem with my metering. When I heard there was a problem, I imagined I would have to fight to get things made whole. On the contrary, they called me, explained the situation and before I could say a thing, they said, "It's our fault, so we will reimburse you for the mistake!" Wow. This company gets major kudos for integrity! Responsiveness to my issue was timely and generously given. This is a great company to work with. If I could give Great Sky Solar 10 stars, I would.
