Sun Services USA installed a complete solar system on our home and it has been up and running for 2 months. My experience with this company has been excellent from the beginning. The salesman was professional and did not over promise like others had. All the technicians were clean cut and well mannered. I am a retired tradesman, and was impressed that top quality tools and equipment were used. Every day before leaving the crew chief made sure that I was informed of their progress and answered any questions. There are many approvals and inspections that are required and scheduling is sometimes out of the companies control when dealing with utilities and city inspectors, but everything went quite smoothly. The installation looks and works great and I am very impressed with the performance of the Enphase products. I highly recommend Sun Services USA - very nice folks - and this solar system has been a very positive addition to our home!

Excellent! AZ SUN SERVICES My experience with AZ Sun Services from start to finish was exactly what I'd hoped for. Before even meeting with the providers in my area I spent weeks researching and learning about solar power, solar panels, installation, and cost. I wanted to be sure I already understood what I needed and didn't need and what I was and was not going to agree to. All I needed was to speak with a solar professional to make sure I knew what I was going to do would be mostly right. I then decided that I would not agree to anything until I'd met with at least 5 providers. 3 of the 5 reps I met with really turned on me when I told them I was not even going to consider their offers until I'd heard from 5 providers. The 3rd provider I met with was Matt Nam, my AZ Sun Services sales rep. He was not pushy or overly aggressive. We had a short and simple conversation about my options, the cost, and what he recommended. I also met with 4 other providers and from the greeting to the moment they left I felt like they were just trying to force me into the sale. They "argued" every doubt/question I brought up or "tried" to make me feel stupid for asking what I'd asked or doubting what they'd promised. Before we even discussed what could or could not be done, they'd ask if I met with anyone else. Then they'd spend the next 15 mins bashing every other provider that I'd mentioned. Matt did not spend most of his time bashing other services. They also made sure to imply that I'd lose any offer they made if they left without making me sign something. I recommend AZ Sun Services strictly based on my sales experience, the "actual" performance of my hardware, and the service and communication provided after the sale. I get replies within 24 hrs of every inquiry. I've had only one issue, that DID NOT impact my service, which was handled by a tech visit to my home within 3 days of my call. I've had ZERO downtime and have earned an avg of 168$ in credit per month since my panels were switched on. I asked Matt, what 3 things are most unique about AZ Sun Services? 1) We (AZ Sun Services) are a direct installer so not only do we install for other solar companies (and of course our own solar), but you get the best price possible since we offer installer pricing. **My system cost was less than the other 4 providers I met with, but that was not why I chose AZ Sun Services.** 2) We’re a local Arizona company which means we focus solely on the state of Arizona. 3) We offer the lowest interest rates available in the solar industry.**Best rate or the 5 providers I met with** If that individual ends up going solar with us, you’ll also receive a $750 check from us as a thank you.**I did get the full 750$ check the week after my install. Every year saw an increase in our monthly electric bills. We got tired of paying so much every month. So, in July 2019, we decided to “go solar”. We knew it would be a big challenge and a significant expense. We received several offers for the project and started checking out the companies. AZ Sun Services was very competitive and wasn’t the cheapest bid, but after coming to our house to measure and check out the facility, their representative was so knowledgeable and had several very good suggestions. They explained everything in detail, even the tremendous tax write-off we could claim when filing our taxes. Because they were so thorough, and answered all our questions, we decided to go with AZ Sun Services. Now after six months, we are thrilled with the results! We have not had an electric bill since our solar panels have been installed. In fact, we have had a monthly credit. In January 2020, after having solar for only four months, we received a check from APS for $144.81! AZ Sun Services service has been as good as any company we have ever dealt with. Using AZ Sun Services has been a very pleasant experience for us, and highly recommend them!

The salesman, installers, electrician and stucco repair people were all pleasant, professional and attentive to detail. The only issue we had, and it was minor, was getting information from the office. When they set the install days, we read their e-mail to mean 6:00 a.m. for 3 consecutive days and it turned out the only day they were coming at 6:00 was the third and last day, which we discovered after a phone call to the office. Now that the system is installed, approved and turned on, everything seems to be running great. Would highly recommend if you're considering solar.
