Long Island Power Solutions or New Jersey Power Solutions if you're in NJ gave a competitive price for top of the line hardware. In terms of installation it was a quick one day job and there seem to be no problems (it's been about half a year). However, managment was aggressively blowing up my phone and emails trying to shake me down for full payment the instant installation was completed. Thankfully the DOB paperwork and office has tons of warnings that demanding full payment before inspection is passed is ILLEGAL. I forward this information to them. They're quiet until the inspectors come and go, they assure me they passed everything, and I pay. Turns out they lied, they were required to follow up and provide additional plans/info and they didn't do this for like 2 weeks-- except that I had to keep bugging them about it. But, they eventually got it done. Now I am trying to earn credits for solar production, which they thoroughly advertised and presented in the cost analysis of my ROI. Turns out they never prepared the paperwork which they were supposed to submit BEFORE installation-- and now their office appears clueless about the program THEY advertised would be offsetting costs on my installation. Their office is VERY PERSISTENT when they're trying to get you to sign off/make a payment, and nonexistent the second something goes wrong.

This was a good experience start to finish. The system went up in about a day and so far is producing what they said it would. They also had the best prices.

The entire Process though took more than 2 months from Appraisal Quote to Application Approval and then Installation. The entire Installation team arrived on time, cleaned/blowed up snow on roof and explained the intallation process/safety measures etc. I am impressed with quality and timely installation.
