Daniel and his crew were prompt and were really good. They have been installing for over 10 years and it went very smoothly. Customer service was very responsive. I had one problem, called them, and they did what they were supposed to do and resolved it. I haven't had any problems with the function of the system.

From their customer service to their professional installers everything was top notch. Are install went smooth without a hitch. Not only that they have been backed twice once to replace the monitoring and once to repair a nail I found that went through the side of the eaves. Both at no cost to us. Edgar helped us out and is their operations manager. Thanks guys. Definitely a 5 star company.

I had this crew install on my roof over two months ago. Not seen or herd from them till today with a text because I have been unhappy. They are even stalking me on Facebook. The reginal Manager sent me a text telling me its my job to work with the Energy Company to finalize. Little do they know I have done all that and they don't even know. I have all the releases from Duke and final paperwork. Duke Energy blames Universal Solar Direct, and I have all the documents. So, I am sitting here paying the bank and my utilities and all I get is a text. I've written Las Veas their headquarters and they said they would help not once but twice and still no resolve. I am having to seek a Lawyer to get this settled and my resolve is to remove the garbage from my roof and restore my home. I would recommend looking at other companies before hiring these people. Be real hard here giving them a one star. There is just to much to say and I will do it in Court. BEWARE , No response or follow-up. Do not pay them if you hire them till your system is up and running because when they get paid they are done just like buying a car.

I saw this company during the Knights game and called them. Jeff was very knowledgeable and follow up during the whole process. The Installation went very smoothly there were some broken tiles but they fixed.Javi kept us updated on what would be happening during the process. We are very impressed with the solar system and recommend them to anyone in the market for solar.

Given the return I get on the energy, it is very good. I looked at several other companies but all their numbers added up so I chose them. Their customer support is always responsive. I can pick up the phone and get a live person 24/7 without having to deal with a phone tree or automated calls. They contact me on a regular basis and it has been seven years. I recommended them to a friend and they had a similar experience.

They use high quality equipment. I have done the research on different panels and stuff. They chose the one that works for the extreme climate. So far the process has been good. They have been very responsive to any questions and they seem to know what they are doing. They are very transparent about the costs.
