They completed a very complex solar install on my house that involved digging a ditch through my front yard to lay new conduit to upgrade our panel. It took months and LADWP caused all kinds of problems and delays. They stuck with it though and finished the project! 2 years later and solar panels are still working great.

We purchased in July of 2019 and I’m slow to review. I’d been considering solar for the past two years and decided to take the jump. Seriosuly, choose this company. I know they have fewer reviews than the other competitors but you will not go wrong. The customer service is excellent! Christina (the account manager on my account) walked me every step of the way, was really responsive, and informative. The whole process was chill and only took 3 weeks; from start to finish. And thats me taking my time. The price is amazing and the work excellent. They really go above and beyond. Go with these guys, you'll be in good hands!

I researched several companies when we decided that solar would not only help with our electric bills but also increase the value of our house, we purchased our system, did not lease. We met with Mike Santoyo, who was very helpful. When we signed on with them they gave us a realistic time frame for installation, which was done in one day with no problems at all. After researching several solar companies in north county San Diego, I selected Wise Solar for my solar and battery installation. They were competitive with the other companies but had an technical edge that was attractive to my wife and I. Andrew was able to answer all of my questions and provide details about the battery option that the others did not have. The installation was very professional and I was super impressed with their workmanship. An example; There are at least a dozen of my neighbors that have rooftop solar systems installed. I thought most of them looked clean until I was able to compare to mine! The difference was that every conduit (pipe) transition (there are several of them) that run from the roof to the electrical boxes on the side of my house were painted to match the surface they were installed on. My roof is red tile so the pipes were painted a similar red to match. My house has a coral color stucco so the pipes were painted to match the stucco, etc....It stands out from the rest of my neighbors in a good way :-) While we were designing my solar/battery system, we decided to upgrade my main electrical breaker box to accommodate the new system as well as prepare for future additions (electric car, pool, etc). This required them to completely rip out the existing box (100 amp) to add the new one (200 amp). I was pleasantly surprised when the new box was completely installed and re-stuccoed in one day! They also provided all of the coordination between the city and power company (SDG&E) which made for a seamless installation. Another bonus is when I asked about the system being in the direct sun for most of the day (south side wall under my eve) I was informed that the system is designed for this type of exposure. I looked up 'solar system shade' and found a shade system for around $90 that mounts on to the eve of the house. I showed it to the installer (Mike) and he told me "buy it, here is my credit card"! I received it two days later and installed it above my solar system control panels for good measure. One last note is that I was impressed with the post installation support I received. Andrew has been involved in monitoring my system for the past year and is always available to answer questions. All-in-all these guys are pro's and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors for their solar needs :-)
