Solarize

Making the transition to solar energy was a thoughtful choice for me. I examined various solar options, meticulously reviewed contracts, and sought to understand solar energy thoroughly. In the end, I went with Solarize and their Enphase system, a choice I regard as one of my best. A key part of this journey was the top-tier customer service I received from Dan, my sales contact. Dan was always patient and understanding. He never rushed me to decide, instead he ensured I knew enough about their products to make a well-informed decision. Even after signing the contract, Dan's support didn't waiver. Whether it was a late-night call or a weekend message, Dan was always ready to help. When the installation team arrived, I was impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They swiftly and accurately set up my system and, before I knew it, I was producing my own electricity. Since the installation, my solar system has been operating flawlessly. I've enjoyed seeing the decrease in my energy bill. My experience with Solarize and Dan has been exceptional, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering the switch to solar energy.

Solarize was outstanding. They said what they would do, which must have been an under promise, because they over delivered in every way. Wilson the sales guy wasn't high pressure like a lot of the solar company sales I have talked to. And since I have had my panels everything has been working great. No roof leaks, panels are producing well and I'm very happy with the customer service I have been given.

I spoke with several Solar companies prior to deciding to go with Solarize. Our Sales rep was AMAZING. He really spent a lot of time explaining everything, crunching numbers, looking at our energy bills, everything to ensure we were making the right choice. Once the ball got rolling it was very speedy. They took care of everything from HOA approval, city permits, and updating the electrical company. The technicians were all very nice, respectful and communicative! Always kept up keep me informed through the entire process! Overly impressed with the entire experience!

Had a great experience from beginning to the end. Everything was installed and executed upon as they said and was quite please with the updates and finished product. If I was to do solar again, I would choose them again.
