Working with Texas Solar Pros has been an exceptional journey toward energy independence and sustainability. The system itself—a 12.3 kW M-Solar 30-panel array—was priced incredibly competitively, especially considering the quality of the components and the fact that it now provides 110% of our home's energy needs. Coupled with an EG4 PowerPro 14.3kWh 48V 280Ah LiFePO4 whole-home battery, we now have a comprehensive system that supports our household seamlessly and prepares us for any outages. Throughout the entire installation process, communication from the team was clear and consistent. Every step—whether it involved securing utility permissions, obtaining HOA approval, or navigating CenterPoint’s requirements to operate as a microgrid—was explained in detail. I always felt informed and confident about what was coming next. However, the true standout of this experience was working with Angel Rivas, the project foreman. His professionalism, depth of knowledge, and approachable demeanor transformed what could have been a complicated technical handover into a genuinely enjoyable and educational experience. Angel didn’t just guide me through the post-installation walkthrough—he acted as a companion through every detail of understanding the EG4 software controls. His thoroughness and patience made what could have been overwhelming feel manageable and empowering. In every interaction, Angel demonstrated exceptional expertise and genuine care, ensuring I felt fully equipped to manage and monitor our system effectively. Today I meet with Ryan Wallace and he is walked out with telling steep roof and he not interested to work project like this can’t understand why he can not see before. Also I am new customer to them and asking 50% advance payment I was scared and requested 25% and other once after getting permit. He literally walked out with out reason He send me email he wants to excercise his right not to provide service and I am happy that I did not sign and paid otherwise 25yrs warranty I could not get. As a customer we have right to negotiate and it’s your choice to accept or not but after pricing you can not ask roof is steep and not interested to provide service. Even after all this I email him he took negatively and asking remove bad review but I would like to share experience that I have been gone through with him so might help others After reading his review anyone can easily tell how he treat his prospective customer and asking me to remove bad review from google and here. My intention is only to provide feedback to others before making decision no intention to hurt his business or others Hope he understand my concern one day Never had experience like this even relaxed roof twice none of them told me my roof is steep and can not work LOL

After comparing the proposal from different companies and meeting with the energy safe advisor I decided to move on with Texas Solar Panels. They gave me the best deal in terms of number of solar panels and batteries. Once we set off the process I worked with one of their project managers, Maria. She was attentive to my questions. Ryan the owner reached out directly to me and also answered my questions along the way. I appreciate the direct communication with the owner rather than working with a salesperson who is trying to sell you something. In over all good experience with Ryan’s team.

I have done my solar project 14.7 kw with two power walls 3 with Texas Solar in city of Coppell, Dallas. Right from the get go, Mr. Ryan was straight forward and honest, needless to say his quote was most competitive. There was no negotiation needed and I right away accepted the price. I am very glad that I went with his Company. Maria was coordinating all permits and was very responsive for all my questions, some of which she need to get it coordinated with tech folks. I am little more inquisitive than normal person hence was involved in entire project, while installation was going on. What I learnt during the process is, be it Alex the Electrician, be it the Rick who came for inspection, they work with passion and patience, responding to all questions taking time and on top of it have very high regard for Mr. Ryan for his integrity and straight forwardness in this industry. This is no easy achievement for any business. Needless to say, at every step of the process, they displayed absolute professionalism. I am sure they will display same integrity and professionalism, should a need arise for a warranty call. All in all, if somebody comes by me asking for Solar, I will recommend Texas Solar in a heart beat. I wish them continuous growth and success without losing the integrity and passion they have for Solar apart from it being mere business.

Texas Solar Pro was great! The price was the lowest among 5 bids and the quality of the equipment was top notch. TSP effectively took care of all of the permitting requirements. The project management team and installation crews were both super efficient. I now have a 19 Kw system that is working as designed. I have no regrets in having TSP install me system.
