I made a research for more than a year to make sure the tech and the type of company that I wanted to be with for this kind of investment. I started with a list of 7 companies, then shortlisted to 3, and Texas Solar Professional made me feel very special, expending a lot of time to help me to understand all the details related to solar, including details about the return of the investment. The installation went smooth, with special care about how my house would look like with the panels and the equipment’s. The installers were super friendly and careful with my house. Every one is committed to make you feel a special customer (not like some very famous solar companies). I strong recommend them!

Solar panels were installed very promptly and work as advertised. The installation itself took less than a day and their staff was responsive throughout the process.

I'm very pleased that I went with Texas Solar Pro for my solar project! Not only were they the most reasonable quote out of the many that I received, but their customer service was absolutely solid. They made sure to take time to answer all of my questions (very many) throughout the whole process. Although, there were a couple of small hiccups with the project, they were responsive in resolving them and stuck to their word on all aspects of the project. I just want to say that I am very pleased with this company. I shopped for two years and every single sales man tried so hard to sell me there system, and after sitting down with 6 different companies and not really being happy. They would try to sugar coat stuff. I then came across Texas Solar Professional LLC, and from the time I spoke to Ryan the Sales Rep/ Owner I felt bery comfortable. He told me straight up what the cost was, didnt try hard to sell me anything, and basically was a straight shooter for me. I will tell you what I am super happy about is I told him of a time line that I was on because I had to leave to go to Iraq, and he told me they could get it accomplished before I leave. He is truly a man of his word when it comes to this. I hold high standards being a retired Marine. We started the agreement, and came up with a date for the install. He then passed me over to his project lead Ryan / Rudy and they told me that the installers would be at my home at 0800 and they were there on time. They worked hard the first day to get the rails installed and all the cabeling done. Angel, and Hercules are solid leads they have on ground. It took 3 days to complete because my home is big, and we had to work around my schedules for my dogs. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I am super impressed that they got everything completed and today my panels are producing energy from what I see in the app. I will tell you that if you want a professional company to install your stuff these are the guys you ened to hire. Texas Solar Professional is an exceptional company to work with. The principals, Ryan and Jeff, were with us every step of the way. Their group of electricians and project coordinators were professional and responsive to our needs. We ran into a bit of a roadblock with the city inspection and Texas Solar Professionals helped navigate this with expertise and patience. I highly recommend their services.
