From my first message with the owner to ongoing follow up following the installation, Ryan and his entire team were grade A. They answered my questions promptly and accurately, without trying to over talk or complicate me. The system is performing better than expected, at a better price point than any other offer. So much so that I had to ask "How are you so much lower than other companies? What's the catch." The catch is, Texas Solar Professionals aren't trying to rip people off. They understand that if you offer a great product and service, then you'll make your money in the long run.

I'm very impressed with Texas Solar Professionals. It all starts at the top, Ryan the CEO of TSP, who really is a man of his word and is readily available via text or phone call to discuss any questions. He is super transparent and I never felt like I was being "sold" or "manipulated" into a sale. He was very informative and never tried to pressure me into signing the contract. TSP's contract was actually the most competitive compared to 4 other companies quoted through EnergySage website. After installation, when production wasn't trending to what was estimated during the quote, Ryan got his team to do analyses on my system to ensure all strings were producing and there were no suspect system issues. When all checked out and the system still continued underproducing, Ryan asked me to wait 31 days wait for the monthly aggregate and then based on that aggregate, discuss how many panels we believe will make up for the production deficit. Ryan was very open throughout the entire process and at the end he prioritized his team to install the agreed additional panels onto my roof along with circuit regrouping to combat the shading that wasn't helping production...at absolutely no cost to me! Since then, the production is now as expected and I'm a very satisfied customer of TSP and have zero regrets signing with TSP. In summary, not only is TSP among the most competitive Solar Installers out here in Texas, they also have stellar customer service with a CEO that's easily accessible.

I have been reaching out to Jeff and now directly to the company and am receiving no response. I started texting Jeff about 3 months ago and at first he said they would come out to fix it but lately I am getting crickets. I paid cash for my system so I have no clout with the bank. 7/15 I am upping my rating to take in the whole experience with Texas Solar Professionals. It seems that Jeff no longer works for the company and once I was able to get a hold of Ryan it was resolved within a couple of days. I was in fact impressed with the tech who came out and thoroughly tested and monitored the fix. Overall the value of the system has been 5 star
