They answered all my questions really quickly, same-day most of the time. In general, I was the bottleneck when it came to jumping on a call to go over things because of my schedule. You read online about all the things that can go wrong because, naturally, people tend to talk about those more, but I didn't have to worry about any of that with Texas Solar Pro's. They laid out the plan with no uncertain terms, stuck to that, and answered any questions I had about the process/timeline etc to allay any of my concerns. To be clear, I don't know what long term support looks like through them vs some other company but they do have it on their calendar to call me again in 6 months to make sure everything is working okay. With the Enphase system that was installed, as I understand it, they also have live monitoring on my system so if anything goes wrong they would potentially know about any problems before I would so there's that as well. Combine that with their competitive pricing and I felt safe betting on them for the 25+ year maintenance of my solar system So to recap, everything went as smooth as I could have hoped for and I'm glad I went with them.
