Solar Wave

I used The Solarwave for a solar install on my house. Overall they preformed well and I have been very happy with my system. They do a great job walking you through the process (though we did experience a hiccup with Xcel) and the onsite installers were very professional and friendly. I think that the install at my house took longer than the anticipated, but there were no complaints (and they did not ask for more money). There was one issue with getting the application through the necessary approvals with Xcel, but it was an issue on Xcel's side and not directly related to the Solarwave. Long story short the Xcel person in charge of the application either quit/left/etc. and we were stuck in limbo land for a few months. I ended up having to call Xcel multiple times to the application re-assigned to someone else. Ultimately the Solarwave probably could have been a little more persistent with following up with Xcel to get the application moved along, but it was really not their fault. Overall I had a good experience with them.

After interviewing multiple solar companies in the Denver area, we chose Solar Wave. It was great to be able to talk directly with the oner, Steve. We appreciated his direct, no BS approach. There were none of the hard-sell tactics that we experienced with the other companies. The install crew was great, providing lots of communication so that we knew exactly what to expect at each stage. Our system was up and running in 62 days - about 30 days faster than expected. It's now been about 30 days since our system began generating energy. It's great to see the balance we've already created with Excel. We look forward to never paying for electricity again. Solar Wave was able to show us the benefits of rooftop solar, and provided a system that met our needs electrically and aesthetically. Mr. Weaver was knowledgable about the benefits and solar electricity, he was able to explain how the system worked and how we get reimbursed from the utility. The installers were friendly and knowledgable as well they worked long hours as needed to get the installation completed. We were energized 5 weeks after signing our agreement. We would highly recommend Solar Wave if you chose to go solar.

Great experience working with this team. Steven was always responsive even with the extreme delays caused by Xcel. Pricing was great and service/install was top notch!! I would absolutely recommend this group to friends and family!

Highly recommend this company. Like many, we didnt know where to start during the solar process and this team helped us through the entire install from start to finish without feeling like we were being miss informed. The crew was professional and polite, they explained what needed to be done each day before beginning their work and updated us at the end of each day with what was left to finish the job. All other companies we researched before choosing this one made us feel like we were being taken down a windy road until we found Solar Wave. 5 stars for the employees, professional guidance, install and finished product.
