Ibrahim Saqr is the best. From the moment we started the installation process he was incredibly helpful, especially when we ran into some unexpected hiccups with Duke connecting us. Those issues could have turned into a real headache, but Ibrahim stayed on top of everything and guided us through it without any drama. He was always extremely responsive—quick to answer questions and keep us updated—which made the whole experience so much less stressful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. Ibrahim really set the bar high.

When I was first looking into solar, I was unsure about whether or not I could do a battery on my install and if it would be worth it. Ibrahim spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone on a Sunday walking me through the options as I asked stupid questions. He was very patient with me before I even chose them as the installer and I really appreciated that. After the install, there were issues with inspection that I do not believe were the fault of PRIME Green. Instead, the company went out of their way and paid out of their pocket to make sure the job got approved. Lastly, I had a panel out shortly after install and they submitted the warranty and resolved the issue without fuss. Overall, highly recommend!

I’m continuing to be impressed with the professionalism and service from Prime Green Solutions in Oviedo. I did quite a bit of research on solar through Energy Sage and got a dozen quotes for the installation on my roof. Prime Green was the best choice for both technical competence and value for money. The system has been operating for about a year and I went back to them to add batteries last fall and a few more panels last month (May). I strongly recommend them, especially if you’re starting the solar journey now. Although the Federal tax credit is no longer available, solar still makes sense financially. It also provides peace of mind in case storms and hurricanes disrupt power in this area. But it is important to pick an installer with experience and a superb reputation who is likely to stay in business. Prime Green Solutions would be my choice again!

Today Prime Green was back to replace a micro inverter that failed. The process couldn't have been easier and they came out the morning after I received the part from Enphase. I couldn't be happier.
