VSG Power

VSG team recently installed a off grid solar power system for my double- wide home and 40×80 work shop. The design mastery of Penn Martin to the intricate professional installation of the VSG team, any doubts or concerns of whether on not this would adequately power my home and shop were quickly diminished!!!! I could not be happier with the owner Kyle being a man of his word! We had several "hand shake" commitments all of which been fulfilled. This leaves me speechless considering I had little success in getting a contractor to return my calls. I would not hesitate to hire this VSG team again and highly recommend them for your grid tied,off-grid or any electrical situation. A thank you to the whole team ,your commitment and dedication to your craft is something special....I have the proof!!

Ours was a 10 kW DC installation on the roof of a small pole barn, approximately 100 feet from the house. From start to finish, this project was a pleasure. So glad I chose VSG. They're a relatively small, family-run company, and this made for a tight, seamless process from the initial sales call to the final utility meter swap. They were polite, patient, accessible and efficient throughout the entire process. Careful and neat, too! It's hard to express what a great feeling it is to be producing about 2/3 of our own electricity now. So, thanks to Kyle, Ryan and his crew and Penn for an outstanding experience and a job well-done! Extremely pleased with our recent solar installation provided by VSG Power of Buffalo New York. The VSG team was one of the most professional and courteous contractors I've ever worked with. VSG answered all of our questions and made the extra effort to make sure we understood all aspects of the system and how they worked. As I’m writing this review on a gloomy, rainy day the system is still generating more power that we are currently using. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to add solar and with VSG Power.

We worked with the VSG team over the summer to install a 13.6kw system on our house. We were put in touch with Kyle and team through a referral after reaching out to a number of other groups. Kyle and his team were super responsive, and it was very clear that he just exuded enthusiasm and knowledge about the work. Most of the other vendors had a specific process or style for the install and said we couldn't deviate from the approach. One example was when I was looking for caps for the panels that were going to be visible to the streets, most other groups said that something like that didn't even exist. within 5 minutes of mentioning it to the VSG team they knew exactly what we were explaining and said it would be easy to incorporate into the design. We had done a ton of research and financial analysis on our own prior to choosing which group to go with, and the VSG team checked all the boxes, they were clean, professional, and easy to work with through the whole process. I know we made the right decision.

I needed to bring this house out of the 50’s and my old breaker panel was a mess. With two sub panels added, plus a manual generator switch it would never pass code. VSG installed a 200 amp service panel. The workers were very professional and preformed the cleanest work beyond expectations. I have never seen such perfection with so many wires in a small area. They also helped me plan for my solar panel install next year. After I finish my back porch, VSG is installing my solar pergola. Can’t wait to save $ from Mr power company
