When my wife and I started looking at solar panels, we first encountered companies more interested in selling us on the financing rather than the solar panels themselves -- trying to pitch astronomically priced products and hoping we wouldn't read the fine print on the cost of financing origination fees. We had a very different experience with APS and their sales rep, Forrest. Forrest was highly knowledgeable about solar products and worked with us to find a product that met our specific needs. Most importantly, APS was transparent about pricing from the very first quote and showed us exactly what the cost structure looked like in different scenarios. Ultimately, APS offered a product with comparable output/warranty to other companies for a significantly lower cost. The crew that did our install was polite and efficient, and the end product came out looking great! I will need more time before I can speak to if the panels are producing as advertised; however, I am confident they will meet our needs and APS will be very responsive if there are any issues.

From the original questioning. to the completion all questions were answered thoroughly. And the job was done on a timely fashion. They were great professional and friendly people to work with!!
