Elite Solar

Our roof leaks on all 3 sections of the house where they installed the solar panels. They do not want to admit that it’s their fault and instead blame it on some phantom roofer when there was no other roofer during their installation process in 2019. Since 2020 till now, every time it rains the leak keeps getting worse and worse that our master bedroom ceiling is almost on the verge of collapsing on our bed. I emailed, texted and called them about this problem but never responded. I emailed them photos of the water leaks and still did not get a response. The first time I went on the roof to put tarps around and on top of the solar panel due to forecasted rainfall, I saw a lot of cracks on the tiles surrounding the panels which was not there prior to the solar panel installation. I informed them about the cracks but they had the audacity to claim that they have been doing this kind of work for 20 years and they have had no issues before. Kfir was only nice during the sales talk but unresponsive when issues are reported to their company. BEWARE!!! NEVER HIRE THiS COMPANY FOR YOUR SOLAR PANELS. OR YOU’LL REGRET IT!

As I endeavored to buy appropriate solar for my home, I met with several solar companies. Although Elite Solar was not the cheapest bid, I was fairly confident that I had made a good decision. Now that they have completed the job, I have a system that is performing as it was promised to perform and I am confident that I made a good choice.

I'll start by saying I rarely write reviews because most times, I get what I expect and nothing that amazing. However, with Elite Solar, I got more than was expected. Therefore, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE SOLAR!!! From the initial conversation with Kfir, who spent over an hour on the phone explaining every detail of the process and answering all of my questions, to the site visit with Zach, to the pre-installation visit by the installers, to the hand off w/ the financing company, to the two day installation by Marco and his team (who were amazing), to the follow up post installation and finally, to the end of the process to ensure the system was working, everyone was extremely professional, courteous, kind, respectful, punctual, patient and knowledgable. Simply put: What they said would happen is exactly what happened! There was no bait and switch. Therefore, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE SOLAR!!!

Elite Solar is great. Kfir is the person who I was working with my roofing and solar panels. He is great. He tell me everything step by step of what to expect. Everything he say happened exactly. His worker was great. Came on time , very clean and very quiet. Did great work. I recommend Kfir (Elite Solar) to everyone who want a great job done and on time.
