Selling home. Forced to continue payments

I am a real estate broker. The buyer will need to stay with the batteries no payments would be applied and buyer starts from scratch. Should home buyer not want the batteries seller is forced to continue payments. $138,183 25 year loan?

Excellent

I have to say that the installation of the solar panels and Tesla battery has been one the best decisions. We get reminders, instructions on how to manage during a power outage and constant monitoring from the company. During and after hurricane Fiona we made some arrangements but the system worked impeccably. It’s been months that I don’t pay Luma a cent because we even have a credit. In general the solar system and the Tesla app work as expected, even protect itself when we experience voltage variations. We feel that changing to solar has been the best decision and we thank Windmar for their job in our house!

Dishonest company that makes energy MORE expensive

My experience with Windmar for the past couple years has been a NIGHTMARE. Do NOT believe the fake reviews you are posted here, as those are not made by real people. This is a very dishonest company and you will see an INCREASE in your energy bill when signing up with them. First, I was lied to from the start by their sales rep Jay. He promised us. The biggest lie he told us was that we would be saving a decent amount of money, that we would not be paying any more money to the power company and that we would still have power to our home in the event of a power cut. Every one of those things was a lie. Our power bill INCREASED since having the panels installed, we pay the increasing fee for solar PLUS we still have to pay our power company for usage, and we do not have any power once there's a power outage. Since we've discovered all of this, our sales rep disappeared, when we finally got a hold of him to air out grievances he claimed to not work for the company anymore. We raised our issues of paying MORE money to Windmar, Enphase, and Sunoco and they all just point their fingers are each other and offer no help. I've sent my grievances with copies of my power bill for over a year now and no one even cares to help. Windmar did try to shut me up, by sending me a new water heater that was supposed to help somehow??? Yet they delivered it and to this day, over a year later it hasn't been installed. Avoid this company at ALL costs. Signing up with them will INCREASE your energy expense. They are a very dishonest company. And this has been easily the worst decision I have ever made in signing up with them. I'm not against solar, I think it can be beneficial, but Windmar are dishonest and DO NOT care about their customers once they have sold you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Unreliable and no transparency.

We started the contract paperwork back in sept. after the permits were approved with the city which we had to check on they lied about not receiving back. we settled on dec, 20 as a install date, no calls to say they were coming apparently we were not on schedule, now they want to install it on the 28th I said hell no and canceled, Don't use this company,,,,,

Absolutely Unresponsive

It took eight months to get my installation and, since then I have had a number of issues, all of which took weeks to months to resolve. The latest, a repeat of an earlier issue, was reported to Windmar more tha six weeks ago and they still have not responded, even though I prompted them agaonore than two weeks ago. Boy do I regret doing business with this outfit.
