Pros: 1. Developed a system to meet my needs. The first step in their process was understanding why I wanted solar and battery back-up, and then working with me to offer different options. 2. The staff, especially Landon, is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me better understand the various solar and battery options. 3. They offered a variety of payment options that helped me get the system I wanted on the timeline I needed. 4. The overall installation experience was fast and clean (see Cons for a small issue). Cons: 1. The price was a bit higher than other quotes, but the overall system was better too. I am content that the extra cost translated into system that meets my needs. 2. There was a bit of a hiccup with getting the city to approve the installation due to a misunderstanding of what the inspector wanted. This delayed installation by several weeks. In a perfect world, Apollo Energy would have clarified with the city before installing any hardware. At the end of the day, the issue was resolved with minimal extra cost. Overall, I am incredibly happy with Apollo Energy. I have, and continue to, recommend them to friends and family.

Working with Apollo took almost no effort on my part, which was perfect! I was updated but not over-communicated with. The team was happy to work with my schedule and preferred communication medium (text). When a small mishap occurred (a cracked basement window), they immediately contacted me and took responsibility to replace it. I know I wouldn't have noticed it for weeks or months, so they could have just let it go, but they didn't. I was truly impressed with the installation crew and they were a pleasure to have around. I would absolutely recommend Apollo Energy to my friends and family.

Did a good timely job of installation. When there was an issue with a piece of equipment Apollo stepped up and took care of it. Would highly recommend them.
