I first started with Matthew Lewis and he walked me through the process of figuring my needs. Once we did that, they offered to meet the lower quoted price per KW/H. We then went through the energy company only to find out that we were requesting too big of a system so we needed to scale down our system. Chris, my installation technician was great. He has way way too much energy and wants to complete the project and be ready once the energy company goes through their processes. The next person was Andrea Arzet that took over to get all of the compliance issues worked out. It took about 4 months start to finish to get the system up and running. We initially thought there was a problem with the system so Chris came back out. He spent a lot of time working on rewiring only to find out it was a software issue. They are really great people to work with from my experience.

When we made the decision to go solar, we had no idea how confusing this decision would be. We compared the different companies available in our area and found PowerSync to be the best for our money. They were very patient and worked with us when we found we needed a new roof. There were many delays in getting the roof and through it all they were there to answer any and all questions we had. Their personal were fast and efficient. We are very pleased with our new system.

We have had our system installed since late August and it is saving money already! They are a professional company that treats your house as they would their own. We had a minor roof leak when first installed and they were at the house within hours on a Friday night and we live several hours from their location! I would highly recommend this company, we had several quotes and they gave fair pricing and was not trying to sell a larger system then we needed.

We have had the system several years and they have always been helpful and respond very quickly. Good people.

I had gotten very frustrated with the app that I use to track my solar readings. So I called, pleasantly surprised when they answered & it was an actual person (not the voicemail). I let them know the problem, they researched the problem & called me back with in a few minutes!! They were able to figure out the solution quickly & solved my frustration! Thank you!!
