I first started with Matthew Lewis and he walked me through the process of figuring my needs. Once we did that, they offered to meet the lower quoted price per KW/H. We then went through the energy company only to find out that we were requesting too big of a system so we needed to scale down our system. Chris, my installation technician was great. He has way way too much energy and wants to complete the project and be ready once the energy company goes through their processes. The next person was Andrea Arzet that took over to get all of the compliance issues worked out. It took about 4 months start to finish to get the system up and running. We initially thought there was a problem with the system so Chris came back out. He spent a lot of time working on rewiring only to find out it was a software issue. They are really great people to work with from my experience.

We are very happy that we signed up for solar energy rebates through PowerSync Solar . We are saving some money without much effort on our part.

We have had our system installed since late August and it is saving money already! They are a professional company that treats your house as they would their own. We had a minor roof leak when first installed and they were at the house within hours on a Friday night and we live several hours from their location! I would highly recommend this company, we had several quotes and they gave fair pricing and was not trying to sell a larger system then we needed.

It's been 7 months since installation and so far so good! System went down a few months in and before even noticing I received an email asking if everything was okay. They had everything fixed within a week. Now that's customer service! I would recommend Powersync solar to anyone.
