Are all Enphase solar and battery systems as dysfuntional as mine?

My system was installed a year ago, and it worked fine up until February when I noticed that the batteries (2 of) were not charging evenly or charging to the settings I had set. This progressively got worst, so what started as a minor difference started to get more extream, resulting in a "BMU Low voltage warning". I reported a problem and after a couple of weeks of complete inaction, I discovered that Enphase had cancelled the problem ticket, because they had not found any error. They didnt look very hard because I sent them screen prints, and I still had the problem. Enphase tried to open a new ticket for the problem, but I insisted that they reopen my initial ticket which they did. My batteries still do not charge evenly, or to the settings I have set, and have on occasion, failed to charge altogether. Enphase are still trying to resolve the issues I reported months ago, and to make matters worse, I have now been told not to use Power Match functionality because it exaserbates the problems, and today I noticed that the battery charging settings for my system have been changed, but not by me. Enphase are insisting that these are firmware problems and should be resolved with new releases (still months away). It like I have been sold a prototype system, to help Enphase develop something that may work correctly at some point in the future. I have solar with enphase inverters, an envoy gateway, and 2 x 5P batteries. If my problems are because of firmware, every similar system to mine must be experiencing the same problems right now? I am currently using the HIES arbitration service, UK trading standards, etc, to get my money back from Bliss Eco Energy (installers) to obtain a solution that actually works as it should. My advice. Avoid.

Enphase Solar Storage Battery

Excellent product and customer service! You can actually talk to a live person customer support for all types of technical or any customer related questions. The Enlighten Enphase app is super easy to understand and use to monitor our solar devices and real time energy generation:

Love Enphase solar and storage

Solar equipment tends to be invisible when it works. But when it doesn't, that's when you learn why you bought Enphase vs the others. Enphase support is/has been great. I can tell you from several personal friends who own other equipment that their service experiences are often beyond miserable. The two times I've had soft-ware glitches, it was in the late evening on a weekend (naturally). I was able to quickly get a real person on the line who was patient and led me through the resolution process. This is priceless. Of course having low-voltage AC lines across my roof and through my attic, vs the higher voltage DC lines that string inverters use, helps me sleep better at night. The IQ8 mini-inverters create the redundancy a string inverter system does not have and will last twice as long. That longevity eventually pays for their extra up-front costs since a string inverter will have to be replaced at 12-13 years and the IQ8's are good for >25 years.

A Shining Example of Customer Care

I have had several opportunities to engage Enphase support lately. They are a shining example of what customer support is supposed to be like. No hold time, English speaking, and subject matter experts. Well done, Enphase!!!

Great Experience

Love the app and team. Wish the app and the Power electric company reading were calibrated to give the right reading. Wish the power electric company information, electric meters were automatic link to Enphase app, work to make all information just populate without consumer having to input data into the app. The app should let us know when wiring is not correctly connected, so the technician can fix on the site and not have to keep coming back to fix the Consumption CT wiring.

Highly engineered, doesn't work when needed

Great CS staff, but batteries almost never start up on their own, needing constant manual intervention and calls to Enphase. Not worth the $35k+ I paid.
