A positive experience

We just completed a solar panel and battery install. The process of obtaining approvals and the like from entities outside of Synergy was a long one. But the customer service staff at the company was diligent and very communicative to us along the way. The installation went very well with the project manager, Jason, and his crew being very professional, attentive and detail oriented. The clean up was flawless as well.

Excellent communication and service.

From start to finish, the folks at Synergy Power were communicative, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me to put together a well informed system. Other vendors I had contacted simply left me hanging when I couldn't provide them with my utility data in a manner they desired, or made guesses with no reasoning as to what my energy needs might be, or just couldn't fulfill my specifications. Synergy Power was able to install a solar system in my house, install a Tesla charging port, do it in a timely manner, and do it at a competitive rate. At each step they let me know what was happening, when it was going to happen, and let me know what they needed from me. The entire process, from the time I contacted them looking for a quote to the moment they switched on the system, took maybe two and a half months. If you are looking for electric work I highly encourage you to give Synergy Power a look.

Excellent Customer Service follow up

Initial meetings were factual and well presented. Very professional. Installation was done on time. We did have a concern after installation. To their credit, once they became aware of our requests, it was handled without delay and our concerns were put to rest. One cannot ask for more. I wish every contractor was so professional. Five stars

Great Company! Loved Working With!

We had been thinking about going solar after moving into a new home that was all electric, and seeing our PGE bills rise in the summer with all the AC usage. We were at the Home and Garden show when we found Synergy Power. Their rep Greg R. took our info, along with our PGE usage and set up a date for him to come show us what we could possibly be saving. He came by a couple evenings later, and after chatting for a while about it we decided to go for it. The rest of it has been even easier. The office team was always there to answer any random questions we had, and the site install team was there when they said they would be, and kept us up to date on the progress. They take care of it all, so we didn't have to look into anything like permits, installers, etc. No messes left behind and the install was done in a day. We would totally recommend them to anyone looking to purchase solar, as they are a great local company! We will be going back to them for sure if/when we need more panels as our needs change.

All facets

Installation process not real pleasant but installer is doing very well now. Was not made aware of the fact that solar power would NOT function if the grid went down. I have a battery and that helps meet my needs but only at night a nd minimallly during grid failure. Once contract was completed became aware that I’d not get full credit for what’s put back into grid. He did a fantastic job of filling the gap with reducing # of panels and including a battery.
