Solanta

1.5 years have passed since signing with Solanta. They have been unable to perform the install. In spite of acknowledging the excessive amount of time that has passed and indicating they are willing to issue a refund in writing , Solanta has not done so and continues to hold my money (10s of 1000s of dollars). Poor communication has plagued this project from the start: 1. Four (4) different project managers 2. Almost no proactive communication regarding status 3. Communication only ensues after the customer reaches out 4. When the customer reaches out it typically takes weeks to receive a response Don't use or work w Solanta. Believe the negative reviews that state they have poor customer service.

Solanta Solar did an amazing job at my house. Very professional. Great work and support. Will paid attention to every details for the project. I look forward to seeing a substantial reduction on electricity bill. I encourage people to not only add solar panels to their homes, but use Solanta Solar for installation. I got introduced to Solanta from one of my friends who. I trusted him and after doing some research myself, I picked Solanta. Dean walked me through the documents and the tax benefits by going Solar. The forms are not the easiest thing to fill out since I had many questions. However, Dean helped me with understanding them and the rest went pretty smoothly. I was impressed with the quality of the work. After waiting for all the paperworks to be approved, the installation process happened pretty quickly. The people cleaned up after themselves after the installation, as if no one was ever there. That is a huge plus for me. I would recommend them. Thanks

We had a great experience with Solanta. Everyone was responsive to all our questions before, during and after installation. We had detailed conversations with Dean and Will explaining every step of the process. They were willing to take the time to ensure we were comfortable and understood the product and process. Their ability to customize to our needs was great - modifying the canopy to our liking and working with us to make the project look as appealing as it can from the street. We enjoyed working with a small (and fast growing!) Brooklyn business which gave us what we were hoping for - personal attention from a team we could trust when completing such a big home upgrade.

I’m pretty happy with this combo project. I had to replace roofing, so it’s best time to get done solar system at same time. Roof guys and solar system guys worked very quick, so I was there and planning together what’s best way to complete project. My house roof is flat type. So there is spot that water stay for long time. We resulted problem and finished up quick as possible. Solar guys set up electric harness and piping while roof guys working. Then builded frame of panel and place panels really fast. I do recommend to be there. Watching what they do and understand what you get.
