I had very terrible experience with SunLink. it took more than 5.5 months for the system to start working. They damaged my roof during installation and installed different system than the contract (there was no addendum or price adjustment). During that time, I hired 2 attorneys and filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors (ROC). After 2 months, the system suddenly stopped working!! This happened the next day after ROC suspended SunLink's license. I submitted service request ticket, and I have been contacting them daily for more than 2 weeks, no response. Since the beginning, SunLink doesn’t meet the minimum customer service expectations; no one answer the phone, they don’t show up on time, and they cancel without sending notice. I had no idea when they will come to fix it. So now, I'm paying higher electric bill (with 4-7 demand rate) plus the loan without solar saving! I wish I could give less than 1 star!

Buyer beware! SunLink is very happy to take your money but very reluctant to finish the job or provide customer service. Bottom of the barrel.

Really starting to regret this decision was very happy with our sale person but his installer SunLink Energy has the most horrible communication I've ever experienced. Promised 60 days max on our solar. The sales representative only wanted me to pay 25% up front but I insisted to pay 100% and now I regret it. Took the money and forgot about us for 5 months.

I'm on SSD. They sold me the solar system when they should have leased to me. When I was meeting with their representative I did make sure that he had that information. After the panels were installed I discovered hardware falling off my roof. When I was finally able to reach a customer service representative on the phone, the response I received was "Oh it's probably just spare parts they left on your roof. Nothing to worry about." They refused to send someone out to check on it. The first six months, at least, my electric bill combined with the loan, was the same as what I had been paying for my electricity. Being on SSD I do not get the federal tax credit for solar, that's why they should have leased the panels to me not sold them to me. They DON'T CARE!!

No service , they sent me a “you tube” video link on the app. I guess this is their way of reviewing the system . When I ask for copy of the warrantee for the inviter said I had to contact the manufacture. Have no idea if system is working at 100% capacity. Also sent me email on how to turn on system. When I called said was to busy and that’s how they do business. These are actual facts of my experience.

Very impressive , great terms and a lot better price than others. quick professional install and turn on.
