Do Not - I repeat Do not ever do business with this company. They are complete scam artists. They scammed me on a program that provided a construction loan and did not provide the funds leaving me to pay the finance company for the next 20 years without ever receiving the funds. They ignore all attempts to communicate on the matter. The system is complete over a year later and now it doesn't and their service department is a joke. You make a ticket and or call it in and it all sounds legit except they never call you and never come out to fix it. The only way I got them to finish the system was to go out to their office in person where they left me in waiting area for hours while they all hide in their offices and eventually send out someone with no authority to schedule you a call with someone. I have now had to go directly to enphase and pay them to provide warranty service as I have to face fact that this company will never service the system they installed.

The worst possible company you could ever consider working with. We placed over 20 jobs with these guys to install equipment and where paid on 5 jobs. they still owe us over 100k in commissions. we have a court case in Maricopa county court against them at this point. they owe our customers over 20k in rebates that have also never been paid. they turned off google reviews because they were getting so many bad reviews. keep your money and run!

I had very terrible experience with SunLink. it took more than 5.5 months for the system to start working. They damaged my roof during installation and installed different system than the contract (there was no addendum or price adjustment). During that time, I hired 2 attorneys and filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors (ROC). After 2 months, the system suddenly stopped working!! This happened the next day after ROC suspended SunLink's license. I submitted service request ticket, and I have been contacting them daily for more than 2 weeks, no response. Since the beginning, SunLink doesn’t meet the minimum customer service expectations; no one answer the phone, they don’t show up on time, and they cancel without sending notice. I had no idea when they will come to fix it. So now, I'm paying higher electric bill (with 4-7 demand rate) plus the loan without solar saving! I wish I could give less than 1 star!

Buyer beware! SunLink is very happy to take your money but very reluctant to finish the job or provide customer service. Bottom of the barrel.

Really starting to regret this decision was very happy with our sale person but his installer SunLink Energy has the most horrible communication I've ever experienced. Promised 60 days max on our solar. The sales representative only wanted me to pay 25% up front but I insisted to pay 100% and now I regret it. Took the money and forgot about us for 5 months.
