Workmanship Warranty

LIMITED LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

i. the System (exclusive of the Equipment) shall have been designed, engineered and installed in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with Applicable Law and Industry Standards,
ii. the work performed pursuant to this Agreement shall have been performed in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with Applicable Law and Industry Standards, and
iii. the work performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be free from defects in workmanship.
iv. the workmanship warranty is transferable if the property is sold within 5 years of the initial installation. If sold more then 5 years after installation, the new system owners are required to contact Starry Solar for optional Workmanship warranty extension.

Starry Solar Great Team with Excellent Service

Overall I am very pleased with the solar install. First point of contact was Phillip. He was right on about what to expect with the install timeline and Oklahoma permit and inspection process. During the actual install the team ran into a few unexpected issues and went above and beyond to make sure the system was safely running at 100% and that I was a happy customer with all the solutions provided. This team is responsive and actually cares. Thank you Starry Team!

Worth every penny!

We would highly recommend them for all of your solar panel needs. Phillip Stayton was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. He was very kind and patient when answering our questions! We were kept informed every step of the way. We have had them for several months and have noticed a significant decrease in our electric bill. We did finance the panels. Even with the payment for the panels, our electric bill is less than it was without them. Thanks so much!

Unmatched!!

I am a serious shopper. I have grilled Mr. Stayton with questions left and right, from cost, to structure soundness, longevity, investment return, workmanship, service and maintenance. Every question is met with a smile and a confident answer with an understanding of my concern. Not the same response I have received from other vendors. I feel really good about our decision to use Starry Solar!

Excellent Experience

Very professional, no nonsense, good price using some off the best products available. Interviewed 9 solar companies before choosing a company for my install and Starry Solar came out far and away ahead in my analysis. There was one hiccup in the install when the state came out with new code requirements during the whole process but Starry quickly came around and got everything up to the new code requirements. I can't say enough good things about Starry Solar.

Amazing Service

Starry did a great job in meeting all of my needs. And they were very informative on the system I chose and all the benefits I would receive with going solar. All in all it was a great experience. 10/10

Great Solar Experience

Starry Solar has been great! I researched a few companies and landed with them. This is not a small purchase, it's a big investment and there are so many upsides to it but there are a lot of companies out there taking advantage of people as well . Starry Solar has been transparent and thorough with meeting our needs. Phillip and Scott went over everything with me and have been there with any questions. Dylan and his team came out and did a great job with a clean install and thorough customer service. There were a couple of corrections that had to be made. Our energy company came out to install the new meter and they found a couple of issues and were unable to install. I let Dylan know on a Saturday and they were out Monday correcting the issue. They've been quick to respond and have made sure that everything is satisfactory. The system is performing well and the only slow downs have been permitting and the energy company. Update: Our new meter was installed and it happened be a few days after our billing started with the energy company we now have a $0 balance with them + Fees. Thanks Starry Solar
