Our recommended system: FOX ESS whole-home solar and battery. An 11.4 kW FOX ESS hybrid inverter, a 20 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery bank stacked under it, and the Fox Hub G2, which gives you whole-home backup including central AC, three built-in smart circuits that shed loads automatically, and a wired generator input so a standby or portable generator only runs when the battery is empty. Tigo panel-level monitoring on every panel, a Type 4X corrosion-resistant enclosure for Florida salt air, and a 12.5-year manufacturer warranty. Your choice of JA Solar 440W or REC Alpha Pure-RX 460W panels. If you prefer microinverters, we install Generac PWRmicro with FranklinWH storage.
What else we do:
Solar service and repair on every brand, including systems whose installer is gone. Diagnostics, inverter replacement, monitoring, wiring, wildlife exclusion, with photos and a written report on every visit.
Detach and reinstall for roof repair and replacement, with the roofing and the electrical work done by the same company.
Roofing: full replacement with a self-adhered leak barrier over the entire deck, not just the eaves and valleys.
Battery backup, standby generators and EV charging.
Credentials:
Florida licensed roofing (CCC1331058), electrical (EC13014750) and building contractor (CBC1252064), all in-house.
EnergySage Elite Installer with a 5.0 rating.
Authorized FOX ESS installer; certified by Tesla, FranklinWH, Enphase, Generac, SolarEdge, Fronius and SMA.

1. One contractor holds every license the job needs. Most solar installers can't legally work on your roof, and most roofers can't touch your panels. We hold roofing, electrical, and building licenses in-house — Florida CCC1331058, EC13014750, and CBC125

2. When something leaks, there's nobody to blame but us. The most expensive problem in solar isn't a bad panel. It's a leak that two companies each say the other caused, while the homeowner pays to find out. With one licensed company on both the roof and

3. You see exactly what happened under your panels. Every job is documented with 20 to 60+ photos — the roof deck before, the flashing, the mounts, the finished array. It's work you'd otherwise have to take on faith, on a part of your house you'll never
Solar & Battery Installation (FOX ESS whole-home) Our recommended system: FOX ESS 11.4 kW hybrid inverter, 20 kWh battery bank, and the Fox Hub G2 with whole-home backup, three smart circuits and a generator input. JA Solar 440W or REC 460W panels on K2 hurricane-rated flashed mounting, Tigo panel-level monitoring. Generac PWRmicro with FranklinWH storage for homeowners who want microinverters. Priced for a single-story shingle roof; tile, metal, flat and multi-story roofs carry adders confirmed at the site review. Solar Panel Removal & Reinstall (Detach and Reset) Getting a new roof with solar already on it. We take the array down, the roof gets replaced, and the system goes back up on new flashing with the wiring redressed and production verified before we call it done. Priced per panel plus the electrical scope, permits included. Shingle and tile both, including the barrel and flat concrete tile common across Pinellas and older Tampa neighborhoods. Solar Service & Repair Systems that stopped producing, inverters that need replacing, monitoring that quit reporting, panels damaged by storms. We service all brands, including systems whose original installer is out of business or unreachable. $395 diagnostic visit. Roof Replacement With Solar The full job under one contract: array down, new roof, array back up. One schedule, one permit, one warranty. Commercial Solar Solar and storage for commercial and multi-family properties, plus removal and reinstall on commercial re-roofs. EV Charger Installation Level 2 charger installation for homes and businesses, including service and panel upgrades where the existing capacity can't carry the load. Service Area Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Manatee counties.

Workmanship Warranty
Workmanship Warranty
25-Year No-Leak Roof Penetration Warranty — included at no charge. We guarantee that every roof penetration we make during a solar, electrical, battery, or mounting installation stays leak-free for 25 years from substantial completion. If a leak originates from a penetration we created, we repair or re-seal it and remediate the resulting water damage at our expense. Coverage applies to the penetrations we make, not to the roof covering, decking, underlayment, or flashing installed by others.
10-Year Installation Workmanship Warranty — included. Covers our installation labor and components: conduit runs, wire management, racking, mounting rails, and flashings. We repair or replace anything that fails due to defective workmanship at our expense.
Equipment warranties. Solar panels, inverters, optimizers, batteries, gateways, and EV chargers carry their own manufacturer product, performance, and labor warranties. We provide all manufacturer warranty documentation at or before substantial completion, and we'll help you file a manufacturer claim on request.
Transfers with the home. Both warranties transfer one time at no charge to a buyer of the property, with written notice within 30 days of closing, the account paid in full, and the buyer's written acceptance of the terms. A transfer conveys the unexpired remainder of the original term.
Conditions. Written notice within 30 days of discovering a problem, reasonable access for us to inspect and repair, no alteration or reinstallation by unauthorized parties, and the account current on payments. Standard exclusions apply for storms, hail, wind, fire, flood, falling limbs, impact damage, vandalism, and normal wear. Full terms are in the installation agreement.
