I actually found Payi through energy sage when I was doing my research. I met with over 5 different solar installers and want to say their presentation was the top one I received. Most other installers were too much of a sales pitch but Jose, Juan , Carlos made it feel just right and not forcing anything. It's crazy how many of the other installers undersized my system size and was actually more expensive. I was a tough customer asking tons of questions ...from technical specs of the panels and micro inverters to learning more about the options with single inverter and warranty options. We went over the previous year results of the Kwh usage and plan going forward with electric car in mind ....I'm going on my 3rd month being dependent on my panels with averaging 105 percent offset. I also did my taxes yesterday and received my full 30% tax credit with a refund that I wasnt expecting. The only bumps were the following .... In the beginning my solar advisor was no longer available but Juan the CEO stepped right in and was available at all times to answer any questions and he did just that and more. 2nd was an issue with a permit but the team was brought back and stayed until there were corrected but was mostly on the city side of the new regulations. Not only was it a good experience with going with Payoli but learned so much that I feel comfortable sharing my experience and encourage anyone thinking of going solar to contact payoli.
