Quote was very competitive. Communication was timely and frequent, making the process of permitting, inspections, and install smooth. Overall, they are great to work with. The hardest part of this process was deciding on which company to go with and going through all of the quotes. Once we decided on Brightway it was effortless because they take care of everything.

We had a great experience with Marc, Josh, and the rest of the BrightWay team. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to add solar. Marc was very responsive and knowledgable. He did a nice job explaining all the technology and options for panels, micro inverters, battery back ups ,and what made the most sense for our situation. He answered all my questions promptly and completely. He helped manage the project throughout the lifecycle. Any paper work or other administrative tasks on his end were completed promptly. Greater Boston Roofing and Lisa were easy to work with. They offered a competitive price, scheduled easily, and did a nice job with instillation and clean up.

We found Brightway via the Energysage Marketplace quotation system. We received multiple quotes for a small 4,000 kwh/yr system that was sized based on our current loads and Brightway offered a very good quote and great reviews. After further homework to project the energy loads of a fully electrified house, we negotiated a very reasonable price for a 15,000 kwh/yr system, with a precise schedule contingent on planned roof and electrical main replacements. Brightway was very responsive, timely, delivered a quality result, and their staff and trade partners were extremely pleasant to work with - five of five stars with no question!

We are very happy with our solar installation from Brightway Energy. Marc clearly explained the process to us from the start and communication remained excellent during the installation. All of the people we interacted with were friendly and acted professionally. The entire process took 3 months which we feel is reasonable considering multiple town inspections were required. We have now been online for 2 months and are enjoying $0 electric bills and a negative meter reading.

We were kept informed of the project' s progress every step of the way, and that level of communication offered us a great deal of comfort and confidence. It is very gratifying to track the energy production of the system and we know that Brightway stands behind it all. Such a system is a substantial upgrade to any home, and I cannot recommend Brightway as a partner enough!
