Trying to find a professional and trustworthy solar installer has become something like a needle in a haystack -- luckily, we found Brightway! :) Marc Cywinski was our salesperson, and words cannot describe the level of help, responsiveness and fairness that Marc brings to the table. The whole process from start-to-finish -- the quotes, contracts, town and utility approvals, REC application...Marc stayed on top of everything, and always kept us in the loop. For the rest of the BrightWay crew, the installer: Chris, the Project Manager: Josh -- we couldn't be happier by the professionalism and promptness of the work done! BrightWay completed the whole work, including approvals in record-time! I believe it took approximately two months from contract signing to our home solar up and running, with all permits done as well as REC signup complete! I would whole-heartedly recommend BrightWay and their team (Marc, Josh, Chris) to anyone who is looking to get their home solar up and running without any hitches and with complete satisfaction and peace of mind.

We were highly satisfied with the solar installation every step of the way. Jason, Josh and the entire team were very professional, explaining the process, answering our many questions and communicating in a timely fashion. An important feature for us was that Brightway is the only company partnering with Solar Slate Solutions, a ground breaking company which has developed a way to attach the panels to slate roofs. (They, of course, provide their services to all types of roofs) Overall, the quality of their work and customer service was flawless. We highly recommend Brightway Energy.

From start to finish, the Brightway Energy team was responsive and professional. Every team member was a pleasure to work with and they kept the project moving, despite my installation being in the middle of winter. The installation team even worked on a snowy day to get the job done. In addition to competitive prices on solar, they recommended a roofing company that was significantly less money than the quotes I got on my own. My system has been up and running for a couple of months, and I could not be happier!
