They don't pay there contractors

I was in partner contract with sunbility as a sales organization to bring solar jobs to them for installation. I racked up many jobs with them and they refused to pay me the commission I am rightfully owed after giving me excuse after excuse of why they couldn’t release funds to me. They currently owe me over $105,000 and will not return my calls. The last correspondence I had with them was back in December 2023. This has impacted myself, my family, and my business tremendously. The address they have on file is a P.O. Box. I sent a demand letter from my attorneys with no response. I am filing lawsuit this morning. Danielle Stallings is the owner and is a crook and I would advise any sales reps or sales organizations to steer clear of her and sunbility if you are looking to get on their epc installer program they offer. Not a good company. I would also recommend any customers steer clear as well as they will screw you over also. Read the reviews and do your own research. She used to own blue sky solar and changed the name to sunbility after they racked up a bunch of complaints. This woman is a snake and can not be trusted be advised if you have any dealings with them. If anyone else is having issues similar to mine please feel free to reach out to me and we can work together in bringing this cancer of a woman and black eye to the solar industry down.

We now have solar. No one is perfect, but they are pretty good. We encountered some minor, unexpected concerns, but they worked with us to address them.

The service has been outstanding. The installation crew was superb specially Allen, who was able to answer all my questions very thoroughly and professional. Allen observed some discrepancies between blueprint and site and expressed concerns and recommendations. End results were better that blueprint.

Initially, I was quite apprehensive about investing in solar energy because some of my acquaintances had installed solar panels but still had to pay for their electricity bills. However, I came across Sunbility and they provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the number of panels I would need to eliminate my electricity bills (except for the $25 service charge). After FPL turned on my solar panels 10 months ago, I have been thrilled with my decision as I only have to pay the minimum charge. Moreover, I still have excess credits which will roll over and accumulate till my 1-year anniversary. I am so happy with the results that I often recommend solar energy to anyone who is willing to listen.

After researching several companies I am grateful to have found Sunbility. Their system size was bigger than every other company and they explained it was because I needed a bigger system that needed insurance. All the other companies were going to undersell me. I am 90 days after my meter was swapped and my solar is generating more than I am using. I am rolling over credits and only paying $25 a month for my meter. I can't even imagine how frustrated I would be if I still had to pay for electric after spending money on solar!
