Get QuotesWe were solar customers first before we started our Solar installation company. We take every job personally as if it was our own home and financial investment and we will tell you the truth no matter what the sales outcome will be.
We include a 30 year workmanship warranty through SolarInsure for every installation which is also fully transferrable if you ever sell your home.
We are a solar installation company first and foremost instead of a sales organization. We can analyze and actually understand all the technical data to help you make the right decision for your home.
We are a full service company--we literally touch everything from start to finish. You will only talk to us throughout the whole experience! We do all our own proposals, designs, permitting, interconnection agreements, provide financing, order all equipment to our warehouse and complete the installation. We then continue to take care of any of the service work needed over the years to come. You will get to know our project manager, Shannon, very well during your entire experience. We also have great partnerships with roofing companies and HVAC companies if that is requested by you during your clean energy project.

When you work with us, you will speak to every person on our team from myself and my husband to Shannon, our amazing project manager, to our electrician, Derrick and each of our installers.

The problem: The communication function between our inverter and the phone app stopped working last year. I thought we could get along without it and just refer to the electric bill, but we ran into a problem one month this year and decided to seek a company to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, we discovered that our installer had gone out of business. We set about the process of finding a company that would do the work. Up until we contacted ORKA, all companies informed us that if they did not install the system, they would not or could not perform the repair. Some of those companies had also gone out of business. The solution: After the frustration of not getting any help, we were referred to ORKA. We received an immediate response from Shannon who guided us through some preliminary processes including contacting the manufacturer who could not help either and instructed us to contact our installer. I related that information to Shannon and she told me she could get a crew out in two days. Finally, we were treated to excellent, responsive customer service. The work crew arrived on time and performed a diagnosis of our system, communicated with the manufacturer, and ordered the necessary items for the repair. The only delay in the entire process was waiting for the parts to arrive from the manufacturer. When I contacted Shannon and informed her that the parts were in, she scheduled an appointment for the installation of the replacement parts. The work was to be performed in two working days after this contact. The worker arrived, again on time (actually earlier than the arranged appointment) and installed and tested the system to ensure all was working as designed. Recommendation: I can't give a high enough rating for ORKA. Everything from initial contact to job completion exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company for any individual's solar generating needs. The value, quality of work and service, and responsiveness to our need was superb.
The system is working as predicted. The owner and installation team were very accommodating. Customizations were made during installation that are very much appreciated. The pre-sales and after installation support have been great.
It was a lucky day for us to end up with Broco Solar. I had numerable calls from other companies. The owner and employees were very knowledgeable and experienced. Shannon in their office was very helpful.I have some acquaintances that have had some problems with the solar companies they used.We have had ours for 8 months. I also love my electric bills.
In May 2019, we contracted with Fuze Power to install our solar system. During the install I met Brad Martz, whom I thought was an employee of Fuze Power. Brad was here for the entire install of the panels and wiring of the inverter. Upon completion, Brad spent approximately and hour helping me understand how the system works and more importantly when something is wrong. Only as he was leaving, did I discover he was NOT and employee of Fuze Power, but was a subcontractor. His company name at the time was EcoRenos (currently doing business and Orka Services). As he handed me his card he said"...if you ever have any problems with the system, call me." This past January, my inverter failed and my system went offline. When I attempted to contact Fuze Power, I discovered they were out of business. I than contacted Solar Edge, the inverter manufacturer, and they promptly sent me a new inverter. They also sent me company names which were approved installers. Unfortunalely, NONE of the companies I contacted would work on a system which they had not installed. That is when I remembered my conversation with Brad, now DBA as Orka Services. When he returned my call, he asked if I had the new inverter (which I did) and he set up an appointment to swap it out right then. Within a week my system was up and running. Had Brad not made good on his promise, I would have a $30K+ decoration on my roof. I HIGHLY recommend Brad (Orka Services). They do much more that just solar, they are prompt and follow through on their commitments. Sid Crumpton
As I began my plan to install solar power at my home, I had several visits from a few companies. The other companies wanted to push absolutely every energy saving add-on imaginable. I already had what the were trying to sell me. Orka was fast an efficient for the install. There was a minor issue at the inspection, and they sent a crew to correct the problem. I have been running this system for nearly a week now. It appears to be producing more energy to the grid than I am pulling on a daily average. It takes a bit of an effort, as I have to look at my power company numbers and compare them to the PV system number, as those systems are not integrated for a single point of data collection. I am pleased that I chose Orka and am willing to let anyone examine my system if they are curious about the process.
