I’ve been working with the folks at 360° Electric since they started the company. Their hard work and dedication come through every time. They’re up-to-date on the latest technology and building codes, their people are fast and efficient, and the quality of their work is second to none. I had them upgrade the panel in my home from an antiquated model that was installed in 1960. The work is neat and clean, and the system is much more reliable now. I also counted on them to install a solar panel system on my roof which has dramatically reduced our monthly utility expenses and the system produces enough power to charge an EV in the garage, eliminating fuel costs. I couldn’t be happier!

360 solar delivered at every turn. They over performed in every category. The project was completed early. The office took care of the city permit and fees. Ben and the guys were done with installation quickly and neatly. 360 communicated with Ameran making startup key turn ready. We especially liked the exit interview with Kevin where we were given a notebook for very important details and documentation including a prepared tax form to give to our tax preparer. He showed us how to install an app on our phones to check on our system’s performance. Now we sit back and let the amazing sun that God created do its work on our home. Kevin Sauder was a real pleasure to work with as we determined the size and payback of my new solar system. He was very professional, ethical, and knowledgeable of how this solar system works. He was able to determine the best layout of the solar roof panels for the maximum efficiency. Their installation team was very professional and was able to do the complete installation in one day despite the extreme hot July temperatures. I was able to have the system activated very quickly to Ameren and am able to watch my produced energy vs consumed energy on my smart phone. I highly recommend 360 Electric Heating / Cooling as an excellent contractor and would definitely work with them again.

Our Solar project through 360 Electric was absolutely one of the best project experiences we've had. Prior to our purchase, Kevin answered every question and concern with such expertise and honesty. Every aspect of the process from purchase, to paperwork, to installation, to the final meeting was outstanding. After the panels had been installed and were running for awhile, Kevin came to our home, dropped off a 3-ring binder with all the documents we need for our records regarding Service, Incentives, Contract, Design, and Warranty. He sat with my wife and I and went over all the information in the binder, answered questions, and showed us how to use the app that tracks solar generation. If you haven't looked into solar, I would suggest you avoid the door to door salesmen and work asap with 360 Electric to take advantage of the most beneficial incentives.
