Almost six years in - and we're still glad we chose Enphase

Enphase Energy has been incredible to work with over the years. Back in 2020, we started our solar + battery backup journey. We used EnergySage to educate ourselves and narrow down contractors. One of our biggest early decisions was whether to go with a Tesla-based system or Enphase. At the time, Tesla was the more popular choice, but we liked Enphase’s long-term vision and the reviews on their equipment were consistently strong. We chose Enphase—and we have zero regrets. Meanwhile, two of our friends with smaller Tesla systems are still dealing with recurring issues. We gathered six quotes from Enphase-authorized contractors and ultimately selected Treepublic, a Platinum Enphase partner. Our system configuration: 18.1 kW solar array with 51 Solaria 355R panels and 51 Enphase IQ7PLUS microinverters, plus 26.6 kWh of Enphase battery storage. The Treepublic sales and installation process was solid. But the follow-on care? Mostly nonexistent. That’s where Enphase really stepped up. Any time I’ve contacted Enphase technical support, they’ve been responsive and effective. When technicians have needed to come onsite, they’ve been skilled, professional, and personable. Most recently, I used the online chat to troubleshoot two issues and was connected to an engineer in under a minute. First issue: a meter measurement error in the app. The engineer quickly identified that Production Line 2 CT was installed with reverse polarity, which made it look like our system was producing far less energy than it actually was. He corrected it remotely and recalibrated the system. Second issue: our energy independence had dropped from 70–85% in summer to under 10% in winter. After recalibrating the batteries and making a few recommended adjustments, we’re now fully tuned. Even in February, we’re back in the low 60% range for energy independence. Our current batteries have four years left on their 10-year warranty. When it’s time to replace them, we’ll stick with Enphase and work directly with them. At the end of the day, equipment matters—but support matters more. Enphase has proven to be the partner we can rely on to keep our system running at its best. ENPHASE the reliable company

Enphase is dependable and reliable company. I had my solar panel system installed in 2022. My Installer went bankrupt in 2023. In 2024 a system component malfunctioned. My installer's warranty was not available because he was out of business. I called Enphase; they obliged and fixed the problem. Since then, my system is working well and saving me money, producing clean energy for my home and producing surplus power that I am exporting. Happy with Enphase for their commitment to their customers.

Excellent Service

I have 2 properties with solar systems and have contacted Enphase on multiple occasions. Their representatives have always provided me with excellent service. It's a great company.

Fixing the problems that installer could not.

Enphase support was a minimal wait on the phone but once connected the tec scoped out the problems and adjusted settings as needed remotely. Took a little time on hold but I was never disconnected as he returned to the call periodically to up date his progress. He tweaked what was needed and verified both of my systems operation. Syed was my tec and if I have another problem when I call next time I'll probably ask for him. Thanks Melvin Catch Um Up

Works flawlessly and great support

Our solar system uses all enphase products to connect our panels and everything has worked flawlessly it was turned on. The installation was done by Blue Raven, but the connections were made by an enphase electrician who was professional expert and made everything work. There were no problems with the government inspectors because all the work was done properly the first time. The only problem we have experienced is that internet providers made some changes that confused the enphase reporting box. However, a quick call to enphase support provided very detailed assistence that resolved the problem. Although it was not caused by enphase, their great support to get the system working is very much appreciated.
