Please Do not trust this company! PES solar quoted on installing a system for my house. The stipulation was that only clamps would be used on the standing seam metal roof and no penetration would occur. They provided a quote with the clamps included and I paid 30% of the quote for them to proceed. PES solar proceeded to install the system with clamps in September of 2022. After the system was installed The contract states that 60% would be paid during installation but they decided not to charge me at that time. That is when I found out that they did not follow the permit. At that point my roof was compromised by the installation process so they could not take the system off and I could not use the system because the city would not sign off on the permit. Weeks became months and almost a year and a half later, countless phone calls and more equipment added to the roof the system was cleared by the city. Through their negligence I was in limbo over a year, losing thousands of dollars in electricity cost and never knowing if the system would ever be turned on. It is now Jan 15th 2024 and the system has yet to be turned on. I have paid in full but they are waiting for their accounting department to clear it. They will not tell me how long it will take. I want to make sure as many future solar customers know what I went through. I know most of the reviews are positive but if I had to do it again I would stay far away from PES Solar.

But In this case a positive review is warranted and earned. Every employee that I have had contact with has been a pleasure and professional. The install team work quickly, professionally, and explained everything they were there to do and cleaned up the area leaving it better than they started. Eric the Service manger is quick to respond and will find a solution for your needs. Chandler our sales rep was available to answer questions and concerns just about 24/7 actually he was why we decided to Use PES for our Solar installation. Glad we did! May 2022

We are pleased with the service we received from PES. The panels look nice and didn't take long for install. The girls in the office are very nice and respectful to me and my wife. We didn't know much about solar at first but Brian answered all my questions and we didn't feel pushed into signing. the whole thing was pretty easy and I am happy to pay half of what I was paying before.

PES Solar made the whole process super easy. Everyone I talked to was friendly and explained things clearly. The install was quick, clean, and hassle-free. I’m already seeing lower power bills and love that I’m using clean energy. Definitely recommend them if you're thinking about going solar.

Great price and knowledgeable sales guy. I ended up getting a roof and solar bundle with them and PRS Roofing. The install for my roof and solar went smooth and they helped me deal with my insurance and HOA. I’m looking forward to seeing my savings soon. Thanks PES
