They address me as if I'm a child lacking even the most rudimentary grasp of math and common sense, seemingly oblivious to the fact that despite 26 years in business, they have yet to master the fundamentals of designing a system tailored to addresses and requirements.

Please Do not trust this company! PES solar quoted on installing a system for my house. The stipulation was that only clamps would be used on the standing seam metal roof and no penetration would occur. They provided a quote with the clamps included and I paid 30% of the quote for them to proceed. PES solar proceeded to install the system with clamps in September of 2022. After the system was installed The contract states that 60% would be paid during installation but they decided not to charge me at that time. That is when I found out that they did not follow the permit. At that point my roof was compromised by the installation process so they could not take the system off and I could not use the system because the city would not sign off on the permit. Weeks became months and almost a year and a half later, countless phone calls and more equipment added to the roof the system was cleared by the city. Through their negligence I was in limbo over a year, losing thousands of dollars in electricity cost and never knowing if the system would ever be turned on. It is now Jan 15th 2024 and the system has yet to be turned on. I have paid in full but they are waiting for their accounting department to clear it. They will not tell me how long it will take. I want to make sure as many future solar customers know what I went through. I know most of the reviews are positive but if I had to do it again I would stay far away from PES Solar.

The gentlemen, PES SOLAR employees, the installers, and everyone before that were totally over the top with exceptional communication, workmanship, teamwork, transparency, and courtesy. These 6 installers are an asset to the company. I was given an expectation and understanding of the process, & products to be used and how they work. From start to finish I was and am totally appreciative of the whole team!!! These guys all remind me of myself when it comes to a project that I am involved in: It is all or none!!! NO OTHER WAY!!! In addition, all the contacts from PES SOLAR are the most friendly, understanding, caring of me and my spouse in our individual situation that they were by far the best company and group of people that I have ever wanted to do business with!!

The process as a whole was very simplistic and smooth. Communication could have been stronger but overall we are very happy with our system. The meter thing was changed and we are making power!

Took like 20 times to get a permit. Dodges calls, doesn’t respond, literally almost a year. Still not installed. Guys are a joke.

But In this case a positive review is warranted and earned. Every employee that I have had contact with has been a pleasure and professional. The install team work quickly, professionally, and explained everything they were there to do and cleaned up the area leaving it better than they started. Eric the Service manger is quick to respond and will find a solution for your needs. Chandler our sales rep was available to answer questions and concerns just about 24/7 actually he was why we decided to Use PES for our Solar installation. Glad we did! May 2022
