Jonathan Rush was our sales manager for our initial solar install. That was three years ago and he spent an incredible amount of time and answered all of our numerous questions!! We had a seamless transition to solar. He came back to increase the number of panels and sell us battery walls. He was the same consummate professional, friendly, and honest human. Their office is right here by Hellyer Park, so they have a local prescence if there's any issues or problems. Their representative on EnergySage was very good, they answered a lot of questions and provided a lot of info before I selected them. Once I did, the precontract negotiations were all handled profesionally too. They gave us the best price on the main panel upgrade for our house (since we have an old house, it needed it). We wanted to add more panels, so they redid the contract up for us. All the paperwork and permitting with the City and PG&E, they handled. Only confusion was getting some docusign emails from a third-party companny. I emailed ProSolar and they cleared it up right away, told us they have that company do the permitting with PG&E. Once everything is signed, and first payment sent, they got the panels and battery installed within a day. Project took about 3 months mainly due to PG&E being the absolute worst. They delayed the main panel upgrade, they delated the connection from house to the powerlines, they delay and cancel their appointments several times. But I'm patient, because now my solar is up and I'm free from those vultures. Thank you ProSolar. Thanks to EnergySage for hooking us up too.

Start to finish, I had an excellent experience. The visit to my house was prompt professional, and very, very informative. The quote was reasonable. The installation of the system was absolutely top notch. Not only does it work perfectly, but it is done so that it’s just awesome looking. And, I am just saving bank and have totally reliable electricity because of my solar. I swear, The inside of my house even seems cooler, like temperature cooler, with the panels on the roof. I would absolutely recommend them, And have to several friends.

I met these guys a few years ago at one of the fairs in Live Oak. We hadn't built our house yet, and weren't yet in the market, but they answered my questions. A year or so later, we had our house, and I saw them at another fair. Got signed up for an estimate, and Logan, who it turned out was one of my wife's highschool classmates, came out and figured everything out from us. The estimate we got was for enough panels to give us a net zero electric bill. He didn't recommend going over, because it would cost more money and wouldn't yield us any benefit. Six months later, I just checked, and our average electric bill for the past six months has been less than a dollar! Logan hit the nail on the head! The monthly cost of the solar is 180, and or typical electric bill before that was 250!
