Warning! Don’t use them. It’s Freedom Forever solar repackaged !!

Financed solar in November 2020 using this company through Freedom Forever. Installed in March 2021. It’s August soon to be September of 2021 and solar isn’t producing. Two months ago I was told by my sales consultant Kadeem O’Berry I would be issued a credit for months I had no solar production that was a lie. No credit. In order to even receive a call back I had to stop my automatic payments. Billing immediately reached out and since then it’s been escalated because they are a third party. Still have no working solar only 38k debt and my credit score has dropped because they are reporting I’m not paying even though I have a open case. However it’s still not active today 8/19/21. I’ve email called and text Kadeem the owner of this company and my sales consultant of record but he’s non responsive. Extremely disappointed and let down. I do not recommend this company and writing this review breaks my heart but I don’t want anyone else screwed over. Posting the same review to Freedom Forever his installer or parent company. I was warned about Freedom Forever but I bought into Kadeem O’Berry of Broadliving and that’s what is the most disheartening
