Radiant Solar

I had a great experience with Radiant. John Wilt was the point person for my project. I did a lot of research beforehand and considered five different estimates. Radiant's was similar to a couple of others, but after talking with John a few times, I was convinced that Radiant was my best option. John was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The whole process from purchase to installation takes a while, of course, but John made sure I was updated at every stage. Even after he handed the baton over to the project manager for the installation (Zach, who was also excellent), John stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well. I also own a rental home in another state, and even though Radiant doesn't work in that state, John volunteered to vet proposals for that project. Overall, I was very impressed with Radiant. Everything went smoothly. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with them. Now, if only I could get Dominion Power to install the updated power box so that I can turn on my system. . .but that's not Radiant's fault.

I spoke with John who was very straightforward in his assessment of what installing solar at my house would look like. It was refreshing to not have solar pushed as a perfect solution for us as he was able to clearly explain the benefits and drawbacks of going forward with solar in our specific situation.
