iSolar to the Rescue!

Our roof was severely damaged by the recent hailstorm and required replacement. The roofing company needed to have our solar system taken off and put back on so that they could complete the roofing process, but the company that installed our panels was months out in terms of lead time. iSolar to the rescue! Ben, Ryan, and Jason handled the whole thing from start to finish, and were even able to solve some of the nagging problems we had with the system before the roofing project. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough. iSolar is Awesome!

I highly recommend doing your solar project with iSolar. We had a rather large project done on our house. The end result was fantastic. Our project took longer than expected but that was due to Excel Energy. I solar stayed on top of them to keep the project moving along. Once we finally got the approval from Excel Energy, the actual installation only took 2 days. I had a ton of questions along the way and Ryan, and the team from iSolar always took the time to answer them all. I did a lot of research on solar install companies prior to picking iSolar, and iSolar has the best warranty in the business and all the right Hardware that I was looking for. Thank you again iSolar.

iSolar install

The install went great. No damage to any property while install took place. They made multiple trips up after the install to check and make sure everything was running as it should. I did have to take down a few trees to get more direct sunlight. But those were in the works of coming down anyways. As far as production. I still have a couple more trees I want to take down that will up my winter and summer production. Over all very happy with the solar system.

Great working relationship and partnership

The iSolar team was very engaged and easy to work with throughout the engineering review process and the installation/turn on process. They view this relationship as a long-term partnership, which from my perspective, it is. They have a good product at a good price and are in it for the long haul.

An excellent experience from beginning to end

iSolar was an excellent partner in the installation of our solar panels. From the first consult, I felt an immediate level of trust and expertise from their team and I knew that we would be in good hands moving forward. iSolar went the extra mile in every way for our project and we get compliments on our system all the time. The sales process was smooth and thorough, the installation was painless and the workers were really kind and wonderful and the interconnection was seamless. Excellent customer service!

I talked with many different solar companies and the customer service leading up to our decision was wonderful. They asked all of my questions and spent lots of time talking to us about the decision without feeling like they were pushing a sale on us, which is what I felt from many other companies. I highly recommend iSolar!
